In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Plugin syncing products I have set not to syncI’m not entirely sure why the gift cards in your shop are still syncing to Facebook despite you excluding the category. However, I see that you’re using this plugin: YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards Premium. Are the gift cards from that plugin the one you’re trying to exclude from the Facebook sync?
If so, what happens when you create a regular simple product without the plugin, set it to virtual, and add it to the gift card category? Is that also being synced?

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Only option is sync and hydeHi, @juangalati!
Facebook can approve your store, but still not display your products. Those are two different restrictions.
If you choose to activate the virtual products from Facebook’s end, this comes with the risk of your shop being flagged by Facebook as they specifically prohibit digital content. In addition to the documentation linked to above, you can also refer to this: Subscriptions and Digital Products.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] how to solved facebook_pixel_did_not_load_descriptionHi, @raselpervez!
Sorry we missed you reply here. I’m unable to see the screenshot you provided. However, from the System Status Report you’ve shared with us, I noticed that your site is using a very outdated version of the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, 2.0.3. Can you please update it to the latest version, 2.6.1, and see if that helps? You can find that version here: Facebook for WooCommerce.
Hi @terrytopsis,
First of all, sorry for the delayed response here!
Second, can you please update your site’s version of Google Listings and Ads to the latest one, 1.4.0? You can find a copy of that here: Google Listings & Ads.
This is just to help us immediately rule out issues that may already have been addressed with the newest version.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Error Loading your merchant setup statusHi, @pmccoy833!
Thank you for sharing that System Status Report with us. I’m not seeing anything immediately out of the ordinary from that.
That said, we haven’t seen similar reports about the error you describe either. Can you clarify for us, are you seeing the
Error Loading your merchant setup statusmessage in the Google Merchant Center? You can send us a screenshot of the error message using https://snipboard.io/We would also suggest that you get in touch with Google Merchant support to make sure there are no issues with your account.
Hi, @grimvanhalter!
Sorry for the delayed response here.
Are you still having issues with this? If yes, instead of using variations, you may want to look at a different setup. For example, you may want to consider using a plugin like Composite Products, which will allow you to conditionally hide products or variations based on previous selections. If you’re interested, you can read more about that here: Hiding Component Options.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Geolocate (with caching support) & UTM trackingHi, @workingout!
Sorry for the delayed response here.
Are you still having issues with this? If yes, we haven’t seen similar reports of this, but are you fairly certain that it’s the Geolocate (with page caching support) feature that’s removing the UTM parameters?
To help you check, you can test the link by putting it here: URL Redirect Checker.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to limit One review per product in woocommerceHi, @arwah12!
Sorry for the delayed response here. Do you still need help with this?
If yes, you may want to look into this since WooCommerce reviews are essentially WordPress comments: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/137799/how-to-limit-users-to-one-comment-per-post
Seeing as this is a fairly complex development topic too, I’m going to leave the thread open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.
I can also recommend the WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal for resources on developing for WooCommerce.
You can also visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the
#developerschannel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shipping costs inkl. VATHi @omilyayeva,
Sorry for the delayed response here! Are you still having issues with your tax setup?
If so, I tested this out for you on one of my sites, and it looks like the “Display prices including tax” settings only apply to products, not to shipping rates.
So, if you haven’t tried this already, you may want to consider the following Flat Rate settings:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/AbwmujYou’ll want to make the Flat Rate taxable and put in a value of 5.84. That way, the shipping cost in the cart and checkout will show up as 6.95:

The WooCommerce developers don’t often visit here, but I can recommend you check out the WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal, in case that has the answers you’re looking for.
You may also want to ask your questions in the WooCommerce Facebook group or the

In reply to: [WooCommerce] password protected productsHi @kdrwhat,
Sorry for the delayed reply here! Are you still having issues?
If you’re able to gather more information from the students who do have problems logging in, that might point to a certain pattern. Without a reliable way of reproducing the issue, however, it’s difficult to point you towards a next step.
Hi, @w-sky!
First of all, I’m sorry to hear about your issues with setting up WooCommerce Payments.
Second, did you perhaps get the full critical error? You can also check under WooCommerce > Status > Logs for any fatal error logs there and share one that coincides with when you had WooCommerce Payments active. You can use a service like https://pastebin.com/ to share them here.
You mentioned WooCommerce Subscriptions. Do you perhaps have an active subscription for that? If so, please contact us directly at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support with the account you used to purchase the subscription.
In the form, please include:
- A link to this forum thread
- The aforementioned fatal error logs, if any
- A copy of your site’s System Status Report
We will be able to help you more closely there.

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] All Transactions being tracked as directHi Gavin @gavindelaney25,
Apart from the UTM tags, it may also be worth looking at any account-specific settings especially since, as you mentioned, you made no other changes to the site before this issue started happening, except for changing users. In this case, I’d highly recommend that you reach out to Google Analytics support for assistance in checking the account too.
