In reply to: [WooCommerce] error in from dateHi @zecamaral
In this case, I’d recommend checking it out directly with your plugin developer.
You can find their plugin support forum/page here:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woo-on-sale-information/
Keep in mind that this plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major WordPress updates.
I hope this helps! My very best,
Hi @sirhenryhu! Thanks for reaching out to us!
This is a fairly complex development topic. I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone can chime in to help you out.
Just something that you can consider, to make a field optional you can filter/hook into the
woocommerce_default_address_fieldsand make them false instead of unset.Something like:
add_filter( 'woocommerce_default_address_fields' , 'myFunctionName' ); function myFunctionName( $address_fields ) { $address_fields['city']['required'] = false; // ... return $address_fields; }I can also recommend the WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal for resources on developing for WooCommerce.
You can also visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the
#developerschannel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to offer discounts based on already owned products?I am not sure what do you mean by “if he already owns certain products on his account.” but definitely, you can consider using a plugin like this one:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-discount-rules/
It offers some awesome discount rules like:
- Customer-specific discount (x% discount for selected customers);
- Dependant product based discounts;
And many other options!
Let me know if this is what you’re looking for!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] 500 ErrorsHi @drsuperior11! Thanks for reaching out to us!
This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
As stated in the error message, this is probably related to the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin, so before we proceeded, can you try to disable this plugin to see if the error persists?
If so, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] show product tags on the product grid listing pageHi @freelylw
This is usually handled by your theme and its layout. However, you can achieve this using a piece of custom code.
There was a discussion about it here that you can consider checking:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/22753220/display-tags-on-catalogue-pages-woo-commerce-wordpress
If it doesn’t work, I’d try to reach out directly to your theme developer asking if there’s a workaround for it!

Hi @kentqi123
WooCommerce, by default, doesn’t have all the fields that Google uses for product feeds!
However, you can add it using some custom code or even a plugin/extension like these:
https://woocommerce.com/document/google-product-feed/
Or
https://wordpress.org/plugins/webappick-product-feed-for-woocommerce/

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Orders not showing upHi @tvelos
In the first stage, you should disable all plugins (except for the WooCommerce) and change the theme to Storefront and see if orders still not showing up!
If it starts showing up, this may be a conflict between any of your plugins or your theme.
As a second stage, to check which plugin is conflicting, you can enable it one by one (and then your theme) until it stops showing again.
That said, I’d recommend using a staging site, so you can make these changes on the fly without affecting your live site.
If your host doesn’t offer that option, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.
Also, I noticed that you have a bunch of failed actions, I would recommend installing the WP Crontrol plugin available here:
Once it’s installed, you can go to Tools > Cron Events to see if there are any errors or messages listed at the top of the page.
You could also check under WooCommerce > Status > Logs to see if there are any fatal-errors that might explain why they’re failling.
If you’re still having issues with that after doing the above troubleshooting, share with us the results and also the error messages if you got any.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce & Prinful sync errorHi @annalogic! Thanks for reaching out to us!
Is there any particular reason to not set up the WooCommerce pages (checkout, cart, shop, etc) yet?
Also, can you try to make a conflict test?
The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.
To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Update to 6.4 – Problematic DB UpdateHi @dimitrisv! how’s it going?
Can you double-check if you have, by chance, disabled the WP-Cron on your site? If so, you’ll need to enable it again.
Also, if it’s enabled, can you try to purge all your cache and double-check with your hosting company if they’re not using any caching system on their side too?

I have checked your site and it’s working as expected for me! Let me share with you a screenshot of my view:

If by chance you’re still having issues with that, I’d recommend accessing your site with a different browser/device or clearing up your browser’s cache.
Here’s a quick and helpful article about clearing up your browser’s cache if you need to check:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Error message regarding variable productYour topic seems to be marked as resolved, however, it’s hard to see or try to replicate this issue on our side, if possible, you can try to upload your .csv file somewhere and share the link with us, instead of copying it and pasting it directly on your response.
Also, specifically for the scent Om, can you try to remove and add it again, manually? Just to see how it goes.
After that, I’d recommend purging all your cache if you use any caching plugin and also reaching out to your hosting company to ask them to do that on their side too if they’re using any caching system.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Catalog visibility not working on WP Crowdfunding productsHi @jpsarmento!
I’ve tried to reproduce this behavior on my end, using a simple WooCommerce setup (Storefront theme + WooCommerce) and the WP Crowdfunding plugin, and wasn’t able to reproduce it.
However, I can see that you have already asked for help from the plugin developers, and they found something. As they stated in their reply, it should be fixed in their upcoming update.
All the best,
