Checking on my setup using the jQuery version 3+, the slider displays fine on the frontend without any error message and error. In case this helps, please check the screenshot here and here.

Could you please provide some steps to replicate the issue so that I can check and provide you with an appropriate solutions.

Currently, NextGEN Gallery doesn’t provide the option to change the order of galleries. The new galleries will be added at the end of the gallery.

If you have long galleries, you can create an album and add the galleries into it. On the album, you can sort the galleries and then edit it.

Sorry for the delayed response,

In a WordPress Multisite, you can’t upload images from a folder or another site’s media library because each site has its own separate media library and file structure. WordPress does not allow cross-site media sharing by default.

Since you’ll not be able to upload the images from folder and media library you’ll need to upload image manually on each subdomain you’ll be creating for different sites.

While checking, the plugin Participants Database and NextGEN Gallery activated using the shortcode you shared works fine on the frontend. It displays the gallery image instead of the blank page, as shown in the screenshot here.

It looks like the conflict from other plugins activated on your setup. Could you please deactivate other plugin except Participants Database and NextGEN Gallery and check if the issue is resolved or not!
