Thank you!Hi @pforce,
Sorry for the trouble,
Checking the error generated, the plugin Imagify is causing the issue on your end. As you can check from the error message here /wp-content/plugins/imagify/, it denotes the plugin Imagify is causing the issue. If the URL was /wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/ it would be on our side.
I suggest contacting the plugin support team and providing the details of the issue. The team should help you to fix it on your end.
Thanks!
Hi @tomsh,
I am sorry for the delayed response,
Could you please share the details about the lightbox effect you’re using and the HTML elements you’ve added to the image description? I tested it on my end (the plugin’s latest version) with the Simple lightbox effect, using Heading, Paragraph, and Link HTML elements, and everything worked well in the lightbox. For reference, please see the screenshot below.
Could you please check with Simplelightbox effect using the latest plugin version to find if the issue has been resolved or not!
Let me know the updates and I will get back to you.
Thanks!
Hi @mroemer,
Thanks for reaching out,
I checked on my end, and the galleries added under the album are displaying correctly without any error messages about an invalid shortcode. For your confirmation, you can refer to the screenshot here.
Similarly, when opening the galleries, the images load and open in the lightbox without any errors. Please refer to the screenshot here.
I also noticed that the plugin has been updated to the latest version (3.59.7) without any errors. Hopefully, this means the above-mentioned issue has been resolved even after using the updated plugin version.
If you’re still facing the problem, please let me know, and I’ll look into it further.
Thanks!
Hi @pensee-libre,
I’m sorry to hear about the issue with the link redirecting to the homepage.
When I checked on my end, the link shared above appears to be working correctly and takes you to the area where you can submit your query. If the issue persists on your end, please try clearing your browser cache and giving it another go, which should resolve the problem.
Thanks!

Hi @pensee-libre,
Sorry for the trouble!
For the account-related assistance, could you please submit a support ticket through the Envira Gallery site when you have a chance? For more context, WordPress.org’s goal is to ensure that paying customers and free users get the best support they can, from the ones that can give it.
The WordPress.org forum is moderated by volunteers, and as volunteers do not have access to paid products, they recommend reaching out to the code authors; as the issues you are having involve paid gated features, it is better to avoid mixing them.
From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.
Thanks!

Hi @konstantinus,
Thanks for reaching out,
To display all the uploaded images on the frontend, you’ll need to increase the image count value. Please navigate to WordPress Dashboard > NextGEN Gallery > Other Options >Miscellaneous > Maximum Image Count.
By default, the value is set to 500, which can be increased to 600 or more depending on the number of images you’ll be displaying.
I hope this helps! Could you please let me know if you have any questions?
Thanks!

Hi @jamminjames,
Thanks for reaching out,
To get rid of the error appearing, I recommend re-installing the NextGEN Gallery on your setup.
To reinstall the plugin, please download a fresh copy of the latest NextGEN Gallery and, then replace the one from your site’s Dashboard > Plugins > Add new plugin > Upload plugin > Choose File (with the files’ override when being asked). Replace the file with the new one you just uploaded.
Install and activate the plugin.
Re-installing NextGEN Gallery wouldn’t affect your existing galleries.
Let me know the updates and I will get back to you.
Thanks!
