Hi @anyakom66,
Currently, there’s no specific version I can share with you here that comes with the fix. However, I’ll make sure to send you an update when an update that fixes this issue is released.
Thanks
Hi @1fallenangel1,
Thanks for reaching out,
Could you please try once re-installing the NextGEN Gallery plugin and check if the issue gets fixes or not! I suggest you download a fresh copy of the latest NextGEN Gallery and, then replace the one from your site’s Dashboard > Plugins > Add new plugin > Upload plugin > Choose File (with the files’ override when being asked) to see if that’ll fix the issue?
Re-installing NextGEN Gallery wouldn’t affect your existing galleries.
Let me know the updates and I will get back to you.
Thanks!

Hi @alexgrape,
Sorry for the trouble!
For the payment-related assistance, could you please submit a support ticket through the Envira Gallery site when you have a chance? For more context, WordPress.org’s goal is to ensure that paying customers and free users get the best support they can, from the ones that can give it.
The WordPress.org forum is moderated by volunteers, and as volunteers do not have access to paid products, they recommend reaching out to the code authors; as the issues you are having involve paid gated features, it is better to avoid mixing them.
From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.
Thanks!

Hi @anyakom66,
The link added to the image was clickable from the front area without any issues. It redirected to the correct link.
However, the data description seems to have an issue like the one you mentioned, but it didn’t make any effect on the redirection. This need to be checked in detail from our end if found an issue, it will be fixed with the upcoming version of the plugin released.
I hope this helps. Could you please let me know for any other questions!
Thanks!
Hi @cgreid,
Thanks for the review, and I’m glad you’re liking our plugin!
When you have a chance, could you please let me know how we might earn that 5th star from you? That way I can share your feedback with our team, or potentially even offer ideas for how to do what you’re looking for.
Thanks! Please let me know 🙂
Hi @anyakom66,
Thanks for sharing the details,
Using the latest version of NextGEN Gallery, I could replicate an issue similar to the one you mentioned. As you can check from the screenshot here, I have added the href link to the description with double-quoted and on the frontend it displays fine as shown in the screenshot here.
If this is the correct way of replicating the issue, it doesn’t seem to be the NextGEN causing the issue. Could you please just remove the NextGEN Gallery and re-install it, that might help to resolve the issue.
Let me know how it goes and I will get back to you accordingly.
Thanks!
Hi @gsfergusson,

Hi @vasch,
Great to hear that the issue with the warning appearing on the gallery page has been fixed, and thanks for the update.
Regarding the translation of the gallery titles, could you please check once by switching the theme to WordPress Default theme and see if it works as expected or not!
Let me know the updates and I will get back to you.
Thanks!
Hi @gsfergusson,
Thank you for reaching out,
While checking on my setup, the “Set NextGEN featured image” function is working fine with the latest version of NextGEN Gallery (3.59.6). The image is well-added and displays fine on the front end.
To troubleshoot the issue further, I recommend deactivating all plugins except NextGEN Gallery to see if the issue persists. If it works, reactivate the plugins individually to identify the conflict.
Additionally, ensure your theme is updated to the latest version and also test by switching to the default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Five to find out theme-related issues.
If the problem still occurs, please let me know so we can further investigate!
Thanks!
