I checked on your site, and you seem to have temporarily fixed it by modifying the code, so I couldn’t get to see the actual issue your site is experiencing.
It would be better if you could provide some screenshots mentioning the area of the issue so that I can look into it and report it to the developer if found to be a possible bug with the plugin.

With Envira Gallery, you cannot open the lightbox and custom image URL at the same time. Either the image will open in lightbox mode or on a specific custom URL added.
To allow the images to be linked to other URLs, please follow the guidelines here: https://enviragallery.com/docs/using-external-links-in-envira-gallery/. Moreover, you can have your gallery image open the URL in a new tab. To allow the option, you can follow the guidelines: https://enviragallery.com/docs/open-gallery-links-new-window/

Envira Gallery stores the images inside wp-content/uploads directory by default. The wp-content/gallery directory is likely associated with a gallery plugin, but it is not created by Envira Gallery.
If you have used some other gallery plugins, in the past, it might have created the wp-content/gallery directory.
If you’re sure that the directories and images are no longer needed, you can back them up first and then safely delete them to free up space.

Currently, NextGEN Gallery doesn’t come with PDF file format support. We suggest using JPEG, WebP or PNG images format to upload the image files on NextGEN Gallery.
I’ve made a note of the feature request, and we’ll keep it on our radar to be reviewed as we plan out our roadmap for the future.

Currently, we don’t have the option to display the galleries, album and image statistics report within NextGEN Gallery. I’ve made a note of the feature request, and we’ll keep it on our radar to be reviewed as we plan out our roadmap for the future.

It seems that you are using the paid version of NextGEN Gallery. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the NextGEN Gallery account dashboard when you have a chance? For more context, WordPress.org’s goal is to ensure that paying customers and free users get the best support they can, from the ones that can give it.
The WordPress.org forum is moderated by volunteers and as volunteers do not have access to the paid products, they recommend reaching out to the authors of the code, as the issues you are having involve paid gated features, it is better to avoid mixing it with the features of a free plugin or theme.
From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.
