In reply to: [Jetpack Social] Posts with brackets in the title are not shared on LinkedInHi @helijobs, thank you for your patience while we are working on this. We apologize that there is no resolution as of now. Our devs are still working on it. We’ll be in touch again as soon as we have an update.
Hi again! That’s wonderful news. Glad that your issue is solved, and that you are able to see your stats.
Hi Adam,
Could you check with your host if they are blocking access to XMLRPC.PHP file or Jetpack IPs? If they are, can they unblock the access to XMLRPC.PHP file, and/ or add Jetpack IPs (mentioned in this guide) to their allowlist? Let us know how it goes!
Howdy! I have made the necessary changes on our end to restore your stats. However, I had to disconnect the Jetpack in order to do that.
Could you reconnect Jetpack and let us know if you still find stats missing from your site?
Howdy!
You can use the WP Super Cache plugin in combination with the Jetpack Boost – Website Speed, Performance, and Critical CSS plugin. Both plugins are tested for compatibility, and the combination will help you better optimize your website for speed and performance.
Hi Micah!
I’d suggest checking if you have any security plugins activated that might be blocking our requests. If not, try contacting your hosting provider and asking them to check their security logs to see if they are blocking or otherwise limiting incoming and outgoing connections over XML-RPC.
Jetpack uses this file to communicate with your site, but some hosts block connection requests to that file. Please ask your host to allowlist Jetpack IP addresses listed in this support document.
Let us know how that goes.
Howdy! Could you deactivate any cache and/ or site optimization plugins and then retry to generate the Critical CSS? Let us know how it goes!
Hi Doug!
Are you using Jetpack or WooCommerce app? If yes, then what are the features you are using these apps? This information will help us determine if we can look into disabling sync for your site, or if there are alternatives we can recommend for your use case.

Let us know how it goes!Your Jetpack plugin (11.9.1) and WordPress software (6.1.1) is on the latest stable version. You don’t need to upgrade these further unless you want to use a beta version (not recommended for a production site).
