    Hi @yuli89, It would help us help you if you can share your website address with us. In the absence of the site address, I would recommend checking if your site is connected properly to Jetpack, and the stats module is enabled. Also, did you check the statistics by visiting your WordPress.com account dashboard? A little more information will help us troubleshoot your problem better!

    Hi @jaredratcliff, we have removed the images from the Photon cache. However, I noticed that the original images are still available on your site. Please note that as long as the original image exists, removing the copy from our cache will only be temporary, since the cache will refresh itself again from the original.

    I hope this information helps, but please ask if you have any other questions!

    Hi @leibbrce, Could you log into your WordPress.com account and change the Primary site on the Account settings page to https://www.deptofadulting.org/? That should solve the issue of showing the WordPress.com site by default when you log into your WordPress.com account.

    You can also use the Switch site option in the left-hand side top corner of your WordPress.com account to select the site you want to navigate/ manage. WordPress.com has a support guide to using the Switch Site option here.

    Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can help with anything else.

    Hi @samuelt, I have merged the stats from your staging site to the live site. Please note that merging stats only works if the post IDs are the same for all posts on both blogs, as they would be for a blog that was exported and reimported into a new location.

    Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can help with anything else.

    Hi @wpuserhere22, could you ensure the timezone set on your site WP AdminSettings → General matches with the timezone of your computer? Please let us know how it goes!

    Hi @enkirch,

    You can define the constant DONOTCACHEPAGE at any time before the current request finishes and the current page won’t be cached. You can see the developer docs for more options and custom actions that you can use.

    Hi Daniel,

    Could you share your website address so that we can investigate this issue? If you are not comfortable sharing your website address here, please contact us via this contact form and mention this thread. Hi @christopherplus, Glad that you were able to solve the issue.

    for such a solid plugin I was expecting to not caching subsites by default since it’s activated only on the main site.

    Thank you for sharing this feedback. We’ll add this as a feature request in our internal systems. However, we have no ETA about the changes or if the changes will be made at all.

    Hi @alberto3, could you please delete Jetpack and then reinstall it as a first step here? You can follow these steps to do that:

    1. Start at PluginsInstalled Plugins.
    2. If Jetpack is currently active, click Deactivate to disable it. Then click Delete to remove it from your site:
    3. Go to PluginsAdd New.
    4. Search for “Jetpack – WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth”.
    5. Click Install and then Activate.

    When Jetpack is installed, click the green Set up Jetpack button to reconnect. This handy guide explains that process in more detail:

    You shouldn’t lose any settings or any of your stats or subscribers in doing so, as that info is stored in our system here. Give it a day or two after you have reinstalled the Jetpack plugin. Let us know how it goes!

    Hi @edouards, It seems that although your domain has a valid SSL certificate, it is possible to access your site via HTTP. Your visitors and search engines can use either HTTP or HTTPS to access your site.

    This is not only an issue for search engines since it often causes confusion and duplicate content, but it is also an issue for your site’s communication with WordPress.com, as our system does not know whether it should connect to your site via one or the other address.

    To solve this issue, I recommend changing your site’s URL to HTTPS (you can do so under Settings → General in your dashboard), and then asking your host for help redirecting all traffic from HTTP to HTTPS.

    Please let us know how that goes and if we can do anything else to help!

    Hi @melparker, Jetpack Protect is a free security plugin for WordPress that scans your site and warns you about vulnerabilities, keeping your site one step ahead of security threats and malware. It requires a connection with WordPress.com. You can find the complete requirements for using Jetpack Protect here:

    If you are looking for more features than only a security scan of your site, you may want to check Jetpack Security, which is a bundle of more than one Jetpack plugin.

    You can find Privacy Information about the Jetpack Protect plugin here:

    For making your website GDPR compliant you would want to connect with a legal consultant in your area of business. However, you can find Jetpack’s GDPR details here:

    Feel free to let us know if you have any other questions or if we can help with anything else.

    Hi @bebikinggroup,

    Jetpack plugin and app rely on the XMLRPC.php file to communicate with our systems. While your site is publicly accessible, we cannot access your site’s XML-RPC file.

    https://www.bbkbuy.com/xmlrpc.php

    This file must return the following message:

    XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.

    You can see a working example here:

    https://wp.cloud/xmlrpc.php

    I would recommend that you check the following:

    1. Can you see the /xmlrpc.php file at the root of your WordPress installation when accessing your site via FTP? If you don’t, then please try re-installing WordPress. You can do this by going to the Dashboard → Upgrades page, then clicking the “Reinstall” button.
    2. Do you use any security plugins that may block access to this file? If so, could you try to disable them? You might also want to check your site’s .htaccess file for any rules that might be blocking access to the xmlrpc.php file.
    3. Does your hosting provider block access to this file? If you don’t find any plugin that may block access to the file on your site, I would recommend that you get in touch with your host.

    Once you are able to access your site’s xmlrpc.php file, please try to reconnect your site:

    Please let us know how it goes!

    Hi @jikamens,

    It looks like XML-RPC is still not responding correctly on your site. You can test this yourself by running the following command from the command line:

    % curl -A 'Jetpack by WordPress.com' -d 'demo.sayHello' https://blog.kamens.us//xmlrpc.php

    The cURL test returned the following invalid result:

    <?xml version=“1.0" encoding=“UTF-8”?>
    <methodResponse>
      <fault>
        <value>
          <struct>
            <member>
              <name>faultCode</name>
              <value><int>-32700</int></value>
            </member>
            <member>
              <name>faultString</name>
              <value><string>parse error. not well formed</string></value>
            </member>
          </struct>
        </value>
      </fault>
    </methodResponse>

    Please provide this information above to your host, so they can correct the server settings and allow cURL access. Let us know how it goes!

    Hi @lenne86!

    I checked the Google Search Console link that you shared, and I am not seeing the error you mentioned. Could you recheck, and let us know if you are still seeing the error on your end?
