Hi @iska88, You are right. Your site is using WordPress software from WordPress.org software on a host other than WordPress.com. However, the Jetpack plugin connects your site to your WordPress.com account to provide you complete functionalities that it offers.
Could you try accessing the subscriber’s page in your WordPress.com account’s stats section? Let us know how it goes.
Hi there! Thank you for bringing this to our notice. I have escalated this to our developers for further investigation. However, I can’t provide any ETA for the resolution. Also, could you share the time zone your site is set to? Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can help with anything else.
Hi @jhmonroe, It looks like there’s an issue with the site’s XML-RPC file, which is causing the problem. This file is used by Jetpack and other plugins and apps to connect to your site. It must return the following message:
XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.
You can see a working example here:
Your site is showing a blank page instead of the required message, which is preventing Jetpack from connecting. This is most likely because a plugin, theme, or your site’s wp-config.php file has extra “blank spaces” (new lines, spaces, tabs, …) before the first <?php in the file.
I’d recommend following the troubleshooting steps listed here to fix that: https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/what-do-these-error-messages-mean/blank-lines-xmlrpc/#troubleshooting Let us know how that goes!
Hi @boombatze, well done in narrowing down the issue. I would recommend asking the Event Calendar plugin’s support team about the JS/ CSS files to exclude from the concatenation.
I would also recommend deactivating the Laze Image Loading module. We are going to deprecate this feature in our upcoming releases as it’s going to be a part of WordPress core soon.
Hi @slis, I can see the posts (that you don’t see listed in Google) included in the sitemap.xml for your site.
Could you look into the “Page Indexing Report” of your Google Search Console account for the URLs that are not indexed and the reasons for that? You may find this guide helpful to explore the “Page Indexing Report”. Let us know what you find there.
Hi @staple, Could you disconnect and reconnect Jetpack on your site and let us know if that corrects the issue or not? If that doesn’t solve the issue, do you mind sharing your site URL with us?
Hi @merrymermaid, did you check your spam folder if nothing landed in the inbox of your email? If you aren’t able to find any emails, could you follow the steps mentioned in this guide to rule out any issues with the import process on your end?
Let us know what you find.

Hi @lucianmih, I noticed that there was an update released by the Kallyas theme developers on 31 August 2023. Could you share the error message with them and see if they made an update to the theme causing the oembeds to not work?
Hi @dzire2dzine, I noticed you are using Cloudflare DNS. Could you pause it or change your settings as mentioned in this guide to ensure that Cloudflare is not blocking our access to XMLRPC.PHP and REST API?
Hi @naveensuk, thank you for sharing these details. Could you deactivate any cache plugins you might be using on your site and then try generating the critical CSS? Let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [WP Super Cache] HostGagor Claims that SuperCash Broke My WebsiteHi @shawjoejgmailcom, looking at your website, it looks like you are using another cache plugin. Did you disable that when trying to use WP Super Cache?
Do you have
define( ‘WPCACHEHOME’...statement added in the wp-config.php file just below or above the line that defines WP_CACHE?To uninstall this plugin properly, please see the steps listed in this guide.
Hi @gauravw, could you try using a different browser or retry after clearing your browser cache? I am not seeing anything on our end that could cause this error. Let us know how it goes!
Hi @wotnow, I was investigating the issue on your site and could see that some plugins or security settings on your site are blocking the XMLRPC.PHP file access, resulting in a broken Jetpack connection. Could you fix the Jetpack connection on your site so that we can look into the Boost issue?
As an alternative, could you ensure that any other plugin or theme on your site is not conflicting with the Boost features, namely Critical CSS Loading, deferring non-essential JavaScript, lazy image loading, and concatenating JS and CSS files? Let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Moving subscribers and statsHi @hithisisscott, I have merged your subscribers and stats from the old site to the new site. In order to do this, I had to disconnect Jetpack from your site. Please reconnect your site to Jetpack via your WordPress.com account to make everything work again. Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can help with anything else.
