Hi @collimatehotmailcom! Thank you for sharing your concerns about the recent changes in the Stats feature. Stats are free for personal sites that don’t promote a product/ service or generate revenue. We introduced a premium model for commercial sites to support enhancements and the development of new functionalities.

Jetpack has individual modules, and you can activate only the ones that work for you. This avoids making your website heavy. This step was taken to ensure we can continue to deliver and improve upon the quality services our community values. We are committed to making Jetpack better and more useful for all users.

We would genuinely appreciate hearing about the specific features or improvements you’d like to see in Jetpack. Your suggestions are crucial for us as we plan future updates. Please share your ideas with us via email using this contact form.

Hi @piexsu, if you are not using any other standalone Jetpack plugin, you can safely delete the jetpack-waf folder. However, as a precaution, you must take a complete site backup before deleting any folders/ files.

Also, I am curious about what led you to uninstall Jetpack. Is there something that didn’t work as expected or wasn’t clear? I ask because our product constantly advances, and we’re always open to feedback.

Hi @equipoeditorial, thank you for your patience. I have reviewed your site, https://www.ibericonnect.blog/, and confirmed that it is for non-commercial use only, which qualifies it for our Free Stats plan. I have adjusted this in our records.

To use Jetpack Stats for non-commercial sites, please follow the flow on this page to certify that your site is non-commercial:

    https://wordpress.com/stats/purchase/

Check the boxes that apply to your site, which make it non-commercial. Please let us know if you have other questions or if there’s anything else we can do to help!

Hi @delaitec, I checked the page you shared and saw a 409 error message for https://estanciadabarra.com.br/site/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/jetpack_vendor/automattic/jetpack-forms/src/contact-form/js/accessible-form.js?minify=false&ver=1703289610 file in the browser console.

There may be a conflict with a plugin or theme on your site. You can use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to troubleshoot here. This is a tool that can be useful for debugging: https://wordpress.com/plugins/health-check/

Once you’ve installed and activated the plugin, you can go to My Site → WP Admin → Tools → Site Health → Troubleshooting (tab) to start troubleshooting. This adds a new Troubleshooting Mode menu item to the toolbar at the top of the WP Admin screen. From there, you can enable and disable plugins and change the theme for your site without affecting what normal visitors to your site see while you troubleshoot.

You can try to enable each plugin one at a time and try to replicate the issue after each attempt. Please see if a particular plugin or theme is causing the issue.

Let us know how it goes.

Hi Vera, thank you for sharing the detailed process you followed and relevant screenshots. Could you test the subscription process again using a different email address in an incognito window? If you can replicate the issue, please get in touch with us via this contact form and mention this thread.

Another thing: clicked on the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy links in the first email and got to some generic pages, not our pages on the blog. How do I change that to OUR pages?

Since the subscription emails are sent from WordPress.com platform, the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service links are linking to the respective pages on our site. These links can’t be modified.
