We can guarantee security updates and feature updates to the core plugin, but you would need to have the aubscription active in order to get the latest security updates.

Thank you a lot for your feature request. I will add it to our list for review and analysis. I like the idea because if helps that users need to register or login after filling in a form. We also have a similar route for this and it is with forms. They fill in a form and it automatically creates an account and a ticket is created: Gravity Forms plugin and the Awesome Support Gravity Forms Bridge add-on.
