These menus can be customized in your theme. You can check with the different themes (Paid or Free) to customize so that you can show your submit ticket button in a persistent area.

I took a look at your screenshot and I see a cancel an confirm button, is this the popup? If so, we don’t have a feature related. Please deactivate your plugin one by one until you see that the conflict is solved. The latest one in deactivating is the one conflicting.

You would need to have the license active to get the lates updates. We had to update the plugin and also the add-ons. We can discuss here the plugin issues, for add-on issues you would need to have an active license and submit a ticket here:
