    Hi,
I notice that some of the labels can be changed to more accurately match how a business wants to use the support plugin.
Our website is a training / coaching website and we would benefit from replacing the label “ticket” with “question” – is this possible and if it is, how can it be achieved?

To be more specific the label / text I want to be able to change is:
    Open a ticket
    My Tickets
    Submit ticket
    Close this ticket

Any help would be hugely appreciated!

    Hi @cj31

Do you mean you want to change “Open a ticket” to “Ask a question” etc? If yes, then I am sorry we cannot modify the “ticket” to “questions”. If you have any further questions. Please let me know.

    Regards

Yes, that’s how we wanted to customise the form. Surprised that changing the text on a button or two is not possible. Thanks for letting me know.

    Hi @cj31,

I wanted to jump here to let you know that you can change these words by “translating” them. Please check the article below:
