    Is it responsive?

    I would like my clients to be able to access the help desk on their mobile phones.

    Will your plugin suite that purpose?

    Hi @coach-afrane

    yes, awesome support is fully mobile responsive, however, if any user is facing the issue, they can use desktop mode that is available on the mobile browsers.
