It seems like you’re using a very outdated version of Draw Attention, 1.5.3, could you first update the plugin and see if that fixes these issues?
Our latest release for the free version should be 1.9.10

Thanks for reaching out. As a first step, I’d recommend installing our troubleshooting plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/plugin-detective/It has a process to help you quickly identify which plugin might be causing the problem. Once you start Plugin Detective, just mark Draw Attention as a “required plugin” for the test. Plugin Detective will deactivate all the other plugins on your site and you can confirm that Draw Attention is working properly. Then it will activate different combinations of plugins for you, and at each step you just need to tell Plugin Detective if the Draw Attention image is working properly. It will help you eliminate possibilities and suggest the plugin that might be causing the conflict.

Just to confirm, you’re using the latest version of Draw Attention? This should be version 1.9.9.
Our latest version should continue to have the WYSIWYG editor to enter HTML, shortcodes, videos, and other content.
Since you’re not seeing the WYSIWYG editor, please contact our support so that we can continue to troubleshoot this issue.
We have not had any other customers with this issue, so this is likely to be a plugin or theme conflict.

Natalie GWe’ve gotten no response from this user in 10 days.
We believe the issue was a setting conflict with the Per day limit set to 30 when each day had 60 potential time slots set in the availability. And/or that they did not have Saturday and Sunday enabled in their settings.

Natalie GThe Draw Attention IDs are chosen by WordPress itself. We do not control what IDs are assigned to each image.
WordPress uses the IDs as a unique identifier for posts, pages, categories, users, tags, and comments on your site database. WordPress does not allow the modification of the IDs since it could cause a conflict in the database.

Unfortunately we aren’t able to define IDs for Draw Attention images because they are WordPress posts, and WordPress does not allow for ids to be defined on posts.
