I highly recommend updating WordPress, WooCommerce, theme, and other plugins to the latest version. If you are unsure, I recommend setting up a staging site and first testing the latest version on a staging environment.
I recommend installing the plugin WP Mail Logging – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/ which allows you to check WP Mail logs.

In short, try doing the following troubleshooting:
– Update everything, then test by placing a test order (either create $0 product, or coupon that discounts 100%)
– If you have any SMTP plugin, deactivate the plugin, and place a test order.
– If you have any email customization plugin, deactivate and place a test order.If none above was helpful, I recommend carrying out conflict testing on the site:
1. Change theme to Storefront → Place test order
2. If the problem persists, deactivate all the plugins except for WooCommerce, then place a test order.I hope this helps!

Can you check to see if here is any custom code applied that uses “woocommerce_is_sold_individually” filter?
For instance, can you check for this on Code Snippet plugin as well as any other place such as functions.php file for the theme?

Do you have any role-based plugins that may influence features of WooCommerce?
If you have some special theme, I recommend checking in with the theme developer about this issue to see if they can assist you.
If you have any plugin that may influence WooCommerce’s Thank you page, it would be best to reach out to the plugin developer.
If you are not sure what may be causing this, I recommend conflict testing to see if you can pinpoint the cause of this issue:
1. Change the theme to Storefront → Check the Thank you page after placing the test order (you may create a coupon that discounts 100% off)
2. If #1 did not change the result, it is likely plugin that is causing this: deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerceIf you would rather not perform conflict test on the site, you may check out conflict checking plugins such as Check Conflicts – https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-conflicts/

WooCommerce plugin itself does not have such a feature, so you would need some sort of plugin/extension/add-ons that can accomplish this configuration.
To note, here is the WooCommerce plugin offers Flat Rate and Free Shipping. Check this link to our documentation about Flat Rate.

– Advanced Flat Rate Shipping Method for WooCommerce

Are you referring to the plugin Redsys WooCommerce: por Redsys – 3.3.0?If so, the best way to troubleshoot this would be to contact Redsys directly about this and see if they can further assist you.
Here is their support information I could find on their website:

supportvirtual@redsys.esBased on what you have shared so far, it sounds like WooCommerce side is not receiving the information that these orders have been paid from the Redsys side.
If you would like, I recommend temporarily changing the Hold Stock setting:
WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory > Hold stock (minutes) > Leave it blank so the orders will not automatically get cancelled
This way, you can check on the status of the payments until the issue is solved, then possibly manually change the order status to Processing.

In the ticket;
– Keep this problematic account as is, and please mention which username so we can look up
– Create a new account with the email address woologin@woocommerce.com, and make sure this account has an admin role.
– Then share the credentials via https://quickforget.com/ (share the link that is created after entering the credentials)
– Install the plugin User Switching – https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-switching/ so we can switch to the problematic user account

May I ask how you added the additional Checkout fields? By default, WooCommerce plugin does not have an option to add additional Checkout fields. Are you using some other plugin to accomplish this?
For instance, we offer WooCommerce Checkout Add-Ons extension on our WooCommerce marketplace.
Could you also share the URL to the site so we can take a look at the Checkout flow?

Sorry to hear you are having an odd issue where images revert to the placeholder image.
Can you check the image folders for these images and make sure they are under one upload folder (you may check this via FTP access or from cPanel of your hosting provider)?: wp-content/uploads/
Can you also share some of the image URL that reverts back to placeholder image? Is it possible that these images were deleted from your server at some point?

According to the system status report you had shared here, it looks like theme is overriding the single product page quite a bit.
I checked my browser Developer tool for the page, and it seems like the 404 error is returned due to the site theme. Here is the screenshot of the Console error: https://cln.sh/K1wX3A
I recommend changing the theme to Storefront or Twenty-TwentyOne and see if the issue persists first.

I checked the site, and Browser’s Developer Tool (right click on the page, Inspect > Developer tool) > Console tab. And there I see some errors on the Console such as “GET https://thecomputerdeal.com/wp-content/uploads/https:/m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41M+VYMXgZL._SS416_.jpg 404 (Not Found)”

Did you change the directory for these images on the server? It looks like currently, these images are not accessible, and are returned with 404 on the server level.
I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider about this to seek further assistance.

I checked the site’s Checkout page, and it does look like the Credit Card field is for the Stripe plugin.
When you connected your Stripe account, you would have had to enter your Stripe account information. Can you sign in to the Stripe platform to check on the transactions to see if there are there?
As for the Stripe Payout, you would need to make sure to enter your bank information on the Stripe platform: https://stripe.com/docs/payouts
If you are unsure, please reach out to Stripe support team about payout for your account to seek further assistance.
If there are any issues such as you see orders on WooCommerce but you do not see them on Stripe account, then please reach out to us by creating a support ticket from this page: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

Please note the default weight field for Shipping weight so make sure to enter shipping weight rather than product weight.
For this, you would need some sort of plugin/extension/customization. I recommend checking out Extra Custom Product Options for WooCommerce which is offered on our WooCommerce.com marketplace.
You may also check out a plugin such as Advanced Custom Fields –
