In reply to: [WooCommerce] Backend Slow Down by WoocommerceHi there @ethiyo ,
Thank you for reaching out on our WooCommerce forum. Sorry to hear the recent update has been causing some site performance issue.
Could you please try downgrading the WooCommerce plugin version to see if that helps? Please check the page: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/ Scroll down, then find the version you would like to install > Update the plugin file and proceed to downgrade.
There are a couple of open issues for performance on the latest WooCommerce plugin version such as:
https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/33988
https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/33273If downgrading the version does not help, I recommend installing the plugin Query Monitor – https://wordpress.org/plugins/query-monitor/ and check on any slow query or duplicated query the site is making.
I hope this gives you some direction to further troubleshoot the issue.
Thank you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product item cost and amount 0 in orderHi there @brthmrk ,
Thank you for getting back!
An inconsistent issue like this is indeed challenging to pinpoint the cause.
I recommend checking the following items:
– Check for any fatal error logs on the site: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Logs > Select – Latest Fatal Error Log under drop-down (right side) > Click – View button (especially look for the date that such an problematic order was placed)
– Check Tools > Site Health to see if there are any warning messages there.
– Install Error Log Monitor – https://wordpress.org/plugins/error-log-monitor/ to monitor any PHP errors on the site
– Check on any caching plugin on the site or any caching feature for the hosting provider. Make sure you are exluding the following pages to be cached: My Account, Cart, Checkout
– Check for any modifications to Checkout page.
– Check for any custom snippets on the site that can modify Checkout behaviors.
– Check for any plugins that have to do with Cart, Checkout, Product quantity, etc.
– Check for any pattern in these orders (I.e. Happens only with particular payment method? Renewal order for a subscription? Any particular product?)
– Check wb browser’s Developer Tool > Console while you are on Checkout page, then look for any Console errors while you are on the page.
– Check Developer Tool > Network and see how HTTP requets are made on Checkout page (make sure to open the toop before going to Checkout, or refresh the Checkout page after pulling up the dev tool)I hope this gives you some direction to troubleshoot the issue.
Thank you!

Hi there @vzard1 !
Glad to hear you were able to fix it!
As for the second question:
Are you referring to the plugin
Favorite Currency Switcher for WooCommerce Download
Currency Switcher for WooCommerce https://wordpress.org/plugins/currency-switcher-woocommerce/ ?In that case, this is a third-party plugin so the best route for you to get help would be to reach out to the developer of this plugin directly.
Here is their support forum area: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/currency-switcher-woocommerce/
We also offer a couple of Currency extensions on our WooCommerce.com marketplace:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Starting priceHi there,
Thank you for checking in here on our forum!
WooCommerce is rather a content management system that handles products, orders, coupons, etc. Anything that has to do with the frontend of things is managed and defined by site’s theme/page builder plugins etc.
If these are product categories, you’d need some sort of custom field then figure out how to display them on the frontend. This is something WooCommerce plugin cannot do by itself. So you would likely need some sort of extension/plugin/customization to acomplish this.
For instance using Advanced Custom Field plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-custom-fields/ then figure out how to display such field on the frontend. (I.e. This is theier documentation: https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/adding-fields-taxonomy-term/) β Please note this is a third-party plugin, so we would not be able to assist you.
Or you may reach out to your theme developer to consult further on this matter.
I hope this gives you some direction!
I am going to close the other duplicated post (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/show-starting-price/).
Thank you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to dynamically change product category slugs?Hi there @loopforever ,
Thank you for reaching out!
As for the first part of the question, I believe you are seeking a way to bulk update the category applied to each product that falls in a certain condition. Is this correct? I recommend our WooCommerce core feature CSV Importer and Exporter for this and bulk-update the products with category. (Within CSV file, you can look for such condition and bulk change the product category.)
See CSV Importer and Exporter documentation here: https://woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/
As for the second part of the question, I believe you would like to bulk update the product category information. For this, you will need to search for some sort of extension/plugin that can accomplish this.
We offer Bulk Category Editor for WooCommerce extension on WooCommerce.com you may also take a look: https://woocommerce.com/products/bulk-category-editor-for-woocommerce/?aff=10486&cid=1131038
I hope this helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce Payments and SubscriptionsHi there @simple8 !
Can you try setting up the product setting like this?: https://d.pr/i/3gbDcV
In short, you will need to set up “Free Trial” for 1 month so the recurring payment will start at the second month.
If you have any questions, please let me know!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] IFTTT integrationHi there @haribonda !
Sorry to hear IFTTT does not currently allow you to integrate with WooCommerce in the way you envisioned.
There are possibly many ways to accomplish what you are seeking, though I understand budget is also important element to this.
You may check out one of our extensions such as AutomateWoo that allows you to set up a workflow to send SMS messages (Twilio integration).
Here is how you can set up a workflow using AutomateWoo extension: https://automatewoo.com/docs/twilio/sending-sms-from-a-workflow/ AutomateWoo also has many ways to set up workflows to send emails as well, so it would be a great tool to communicate with your customers.
You may further seek other alternative on the web by keywords such as “WooCommerce order status change SMS” etc. Here is one of the example results: https://www.pabbly.com/how-to-send-sms-when-order-status-changes-in-woocommerce/ There are also a few pluings/serveses out there that can integrate with IFTTT and WooCommerce.
You may also consider other ways around this such as integrating orders with spreadsheet applications such as Google Sheet, Airtable, etc then creating another layer of automation within the spreadsheet. (Trigger is when column changes to X, send SMS message, etc.) Though this would likely also cost you, it may be good to consider it.
I cannot go on any further on this since this is out of our support scope. I hope you find the right solution.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order status and payments (backorders)Hi there @tradin !
The customer payment link is automatically generated.
You can obtain the link from the Order Editing page (as long as the order status is in Pending Status). Here is the screenshot: https://d.pr/i/oebkui (Right click on the link > Copy the link address)
As for the emails, you can install plugin such as WP Mail Logging – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/ and once you do, there will be WP Mail logs. Navigate to Tools > WP Mail Logs. Logs are not retroactive, so you will need to make sure the emails are first sent after the plugin is activated. Then check the logs to see the email.
Here is the WP Mail Logs view: https://d.pr/i/1yzAzn
Once you click on “View” button, you can view the email like this: https://d.pr/i/kPxUqg
I hope this helps!

In reply to: [ShipStation for WooCommerce] integration ship station to woo commerceHi there @yologofun1 !
ShipStation is offered free of charge, and in order for you to have the ShipStation listed on your WooCommerce.com account, you can go to this page: https://woocommerce.com/products/shipstation-integration/?aff=10486&cid=1131038 and click “Free Download” button.
This should then list ShipStation as one of your extensions on WooCommerce.com account.
This would be helpful to have whenever you are contacting us from the link: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ Once you have the extension on your account, the ShipStation will be listed on the dropdown on the support page.
Otherwise, you would not need free extensions to be connected to the site necessarily. This WooCommerce.com and the site connection is designed for paid extensions so the extensions can receive updates automatically.
I hope this clarifies a bit!
Thank you for checking in on this!

Could you please try the following?
– If you have Jetpack plugin installed, disconnect and re-connect.
