Hello,

I would like to display 2 different shipping rates.

The first rates would be 15,00$ under 89,00$ and the second would be 10,00$ up to 89,00$.

Is it possible to do that ?

WooCommerce plugin itself does not have such a feature, so you would need some sort of plugin/extension/add-ons that can accomplish this configuration.

To note, here is the WooCommerce plugin offers Flat Rate and Free Shipping. Check this link to our documentation about Flat Rate.
