Spence :: Thanks, bud! Hey, even though seem to have the same background color, if I looked at your and then looked at his an hour later I would never think they were from the same original deisgn. It looks like you put some graphic work into the main body and the navigation such that it has a different “look and feel”. Know what I mean? In short… good job! 😉

In reply to: [NEW Theme] Crimson SunriseBhoney :: I haven’t seen another theme that uses transparant navigation tabs. So I wouldn’t say it has no originality at all. Have you seen the themes lately that are just copies of Blix with a different banner and colors?
This brings up a good point… what does everyone think makes for an ‘original’ theme? Ajax? Stunning graphics? I find that as soon as I put ‘original’ things in a theme soeone says that it’s too much and not what most people want in blogs… I think I can’t win.
phoenix :: The search works for me… but maybe I’m not understanding you. Do you mean that it will search only posts and not pages? Because you’d be right… but that’ll be fixed by tonight, as is a function of my personal blog plugin’s, not the theme itself. 🙂

In reply to: WordPress 2 Theme CompetitionIt might have been hacked by a disgruntled theme contributor getting annoyed by the fact that any emails asking what the heck is going on with the compeition were returned by an automated response email saying that “I’ll get back to you soon”. It didn’t look like anything happened on that site in a couple months, either.

In reply to: contructive criticism.Oh boy. I just read your moderated comments Michael. I like you… you know this, but I don’t think your post was appropriate for this forum. It definitely was an attack… probably because you were offended by his content.
Check this out… it may be this simple: On my site I get to add and delete whatever I want. On his site he gets to add and delete whatever he wants. On your site you get to add and delete whatever you want. On this site the moderators get to add and delete whatever they want.
Isn’t that freedom? Isn’t that ownership?
Just my opinion.

niziol :: Every now and then I get content moderated too… it just reminds me that I like to type (that’s why we blog) and that sometimes, because we’re not perfect, we may go off a little… 🙂 Don’t take offense, unless you think you’re perfect. 🙂 Even if the recipient is cool with it the recipient isn’t a moderator. 🙂

In reply to: Starting to dislike WordPressSoundTrip :: You haven’t spent a lot of time on these forums if that’s you’re impression of moshu. Perhaps you should observe a little more, first. Personally, I feel like the moderators here should be given sainthood. They help newbies all the time… so do many of the rest of us. The problem arises when someone’s lack of knowledge is exceeded by their immaturity… this thread is a case in point. It’s one thing to get on here and ask for help. It’s another thing to begin by whining about how this software sucks and screw everybody for not spoon-feeding me. Most people would prefer not to help someone who finds it necessary to take that approach to this forum.
