We had a look at your website. We see that you have removed our widget from the sidebar of your blog and you use another subscription plugin’s form on the home page.
We request you to please add our widget again on the both places and let us know. We’ll be happy to investigate the issue and provide a resolution.

Could you let us know the mailer you use? You can find it under Email Sending and please share a screenshot showing the Email Sending screen to better understand the issue. For that, please navigate to Email Subscribers > Settings > Email Sending and share us the screenshot by uploading it to any file sharing server.

We released Email Subscribers 4.4.7 with several new enhancements and bug fixes, including the one related to Email Sending.
We request you to update the plugin and let us know if you experience any issues.

For your information, we have released a new version which includes several enhancements and bug fixes including the ones related to export & import functionality so you shouldn’t have any issues using the plugin.
