We released Email Subscribers 4.4.7 with several new enhancements and bug fixes including the one related to Email Sending.
Could you update the plugin and let us know if the issue persists? If the problem persists, please send us the screenshot of Email Sending (Email Subscribers > Settings > Email Sending) via our contact form.
