We aren’t able to replicate this behavior regarding the availability/stock status not being being the expected outcome (instock, out_of_stock, backorder etc.)
We had @rprentice84 reach out, we replicated his exact setup and still unable to replicate this behaviour so it’s quite isolated. We’ve already raised a bug report for this and will closely monitor as there’s no sure fire way to replicate/apply a fix.
For now we’ll mark this as solved while we monitor the reports(if any).
Hi @giorgosm ,
The bug has been fixed since product feed pro version 13.4.0. You can view the changelog here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/#developers
Hi @charlieve02 ,
Sorry for the delay in response. I’ve consulted our developers and confirmed that this is not a bug. It’s intended for the special characters to be HTML.
It’s fine if the values are unreadable as a Human but the Marketplace will be able to read it fine. so it’ll print out ‘ & > etc.
According to Google staff, for XML – we should follow the HTML equivalent as to not cause any reading errors.
Hi @galbaras ,
Please pass on some screenshots on how your feed is setup as well as your rules and filter (if any), I’ll test it out.
Great, As this is solved I’ll close this now.
It seems that your issue is different, as the OP did not respond to my previous response I’ll be closing this post.
Please open up a new post and we’ll support from there.
Hi @klaus123 ,
I see you were referring to those fields. At the moment those fields can only be mapped via the Elite plugin. It’s not possible to map the product attributes to those fields on the free version of product feed.
Hi @dwoott,
Please pass on a screenshot of your rules and filters so I can test
Hi @dwoott ,
The removal of g: was introduced as some user reported that the Facebook feed isn’t being accepted as it’s using Google’s syntax.
Try creating a new template and pass it to Google. If that don’t work, you can always revert back by creating a Google Feed Template and passing off the URL to Facebook.
Hi @cschlichting ,
The image you’ve attached isn’t showing, please upload it to something like Google Drive or IMGBB:https://imgbb.com/
Having said that, I assume you want the decimal separator to be , (comma) and a thousand separator to be(.) dot
In this case we’ve released updates for Google Feed so it follows the ISO4217 format. This is done intentionally as Google is quite strict with the rule.
If you want the pricing structure to follow your woocommerce settings, please create a new feed without any templatesHi @klaus123 ,
I just tested the rules and filter for product attributes and it’s being updated fine: https://www.loom.com/share/bb3c0cb6331e46b59d80e2813c0f09aa. Please pass on a recording on your end along with how the product is set up and what your field mapping/rules are
Hi @iainharral ,
We had a bug with the include/exclude rules for the feed. Can you please update to 13.4.1.3 and see if that fixes things?
Hi @apfelbiss ,
We’ve released an update 13.4.1.3, please update and see if that fixes things. If not, try lowering your batch size (100 default value, 50 to start), Create a new feed without any rules and filters. If it’s showing all the products then it’s likely on of your rules or filters
I see, can you please send in a full page screenshot on how your shipping are set up? The No shipping is likely being pulled from one of the methods. I also suggest running a basic debug to confirm for any plugin/theme conflicts.
Also, does disable the add all shipping information in Product Feed > Settings fix this?
Hi @extremist87 ,
We currently do not have a feature to run the refresh at certain times but there are request for this so I’ll add a +1 in favor of it being developed.
Having said that you can lower the batch size so it doesn’t use up all the available server resources: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/
Default value is 100, try setting it to 30 and increase/decrease the value depending on the outcome
