Hi @shadiadi ,
This issue only happens when there are translations for our plugin but this won’t effect the function of our plugin on your site.
And yes, other plugins are affected by this. I’ll raise it with our developers to get this sorted out but I’m unable to provide any ETAs when the fix will be released.
Hi @jakubkolinsky ,
You could try assigning it a custom feed and do some custom coding: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/custom-fields-not-showing-in-dropdown/ & https://wordpress.org/support/topic/incorrect-gid-output/
Hi @adggge ,
On your product can you please confirm if there are any special characters on the description? I just tried and they are added properly: https://www.loom.com/share/aad167b2cc3b4c84a91af582e3ece97f
On your feed can you try creating a new feed? Also, try using other delimiter options and see if that works.

Hi @lustek ,
I’ve raise this as an enhancement request with our developers and get this added but I’m unable to provide any ETAs.
As a way around this, I don’t think it’s possible via our built in tools so you may need to build the custom fields/meta with the attributes.
Hi @zmzdtc888 ,
It might be be due your batch size: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/ Try setting it to 50 and see if it happens again.
Also, please include your debug log: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
Hi @maretino ,
Yes , this is a bug that will be addressed on the next version. For now please install this hotfix version: https://limewire.com/d/cd449d85-fa20-436e-8962-5bf244e6e657#WLWB2Ltd5fJ0FTDTLQKKZjE2jgYsCx0Q8GuqWeyLXV4
Hi @stevesand
We really appreciate your kind words about our plugin and totally understand your frustration. Keeping everything running smoothly is our top priority, and we’re working as fast as we can to get this sorted.
When improving the plugin, sometimes certain features might not work as expected right away, but we do try to quickly fix it. We definitely don’t want our updates to disrupt your business, and we’re taking your feedback seriously to make things more stable moving forward.
Also, I highly suggest using staging site or test site to our plugin’s update to ensure that it doesn’t disrupt the live site.
Hi @matrixd ,
This looks like a presale question as such I’m unable to provide support here. Please reach out directly to support @ adtribes.io
Hi @brendanmutton ,
Try running the tools in Product Feed > Settings https://ibb.co/pj5y09wZ
As for starting as new, there’s no built in tool for this so you’ll need to manually delete the values on the database. Here’s a general guide on the files in the Database that are related to Product Feed Pro:
- wp_posts – adt_product_feed
- wp_postmeta – adt_utm_campaign
- wp_options – cron_projects & batch_projects: https://ibb.co/6JDqL0gT
You can find the refresh batches in Woocommerce > Status > Action Scheduler
Hi @maretino ,
For identifer_exists, you can use the rules and filters to set it to true or set static values: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/how-to-create-filters-for-your-product-feed/
About the number/gtin, can you please provide more information here?
Hi @florianfractale ,
Check your browser console and see if there’s any critical errors. Also go to Woocommerce > Status > Logs and check for any critical errors.
Also, if you haven’t yet do a basic debug to confirm that there aren’t any plugin or theme conflict.
Hi @ronrahamim ,
On your feed settings, I noticed that you have a filter that excludes product from the feed if it the stock quantity or availability is out of stock.
Cross check the missing products from the Feed and see if the product is available or in-stock.
As a test, you can create a new feed without any rules and filters and see if it adds all the products. Also, do a basic debug and check for any plugin/theme conflict.
Hi @kimf ,
For WPML, this is only available on the Elite plugin so I’m unable to provide much support here as it’s against WordPress Forum TOS.
If manually refreshing the feeds work then it might be something with how the feed is being refreshed. Try temporarily stopping automatic refresh and see if that fixes things.
Stopping automatic refresh can be done on the general settings.
Hi @brendanmutton ,
On the latest version we’ve moved away from WP-Cron and are now using Woocommerce’s Action Scheduler for refreshing the feeds.
If you are stuck at processing, please check your browser console. Also, go to Woocommerce > Status > Logs and check for any critical error.
Other than that it might be a plugin/theme conflict. Do a basic debug to confirm this.
Hi @antonic93 ,
Usually if it’s blocked it’ll give an explanation why, can you please check in your GMC and see if it has any information?
Other than that, if it’s being rejected, it’s due to the product not meeting the requirements: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/7052112?hl=en
Also, sometimes – passing a newly created feed can help
