I am currently using the free version, it has been working fine to my knowledge but yesterday after logging in to make changes to a feed, we discovered that it is stuck on processing. So we aren’t sure at what point it stopped working.

I have tried a lot of things that have already been suggested e.g. Deactivated plugin, reactivated, tried to manually process, installed wp-cron (although it doesn’t seem a cron has been created)

It would be great if you could help

I have wp-cron installed but how do I know if the cron jobs have been setup for product feed pro?

    Hi @brendanmutton ,

On the latest version we’ve moved away from WP-Cron and are now using Woocommerce’s Action Scheduler for refreshing the feeds.

If you are stuck at processing, please check your browser console. Also, go to Woocommerce > Status > Logs and check for any critical error.

Other than that it might be a plugin/theme conflict. Do a basic debug to confirm this.

There is nothing in the logs and we can’t see any conflict, we have another website hosted by the same company and it has the same theme – no issues.

I tried to uninstall the plugin and install it again but all of the old data remained. Is there anyway to clear this data and try and start fresh?

    Hi @brendanmutton ,

Try running the tools in Product Feed > Settings https://ibb.co/pj5y09wZ

As for starting as new, there’s no built in tool for this so you’ll need to manually delete the values on the database. Here’s a general guide on the files in the Database that are related to Product Feed Pro:

    • wp_posts – adt_product_feed
    • wp_postmeta – adt_utm_campaign
    • wp_options – cron_projects & batch_projects: https://ibb.co/6JDqL0gT

You can find the refresh batches in Woocommerce > Status > Action Scheduler
