HI @batifix ,
For feeds that don’t refresh, check your browser console for any errors. Also, go to Woocommerce > Status > Logs and check for any critical errors
For the shipping, I just tested this rules and it’s working fine
https://ibb.co/5xjV05w7
https://ibb.co/fz2Z2Ghr
https://ibb.co/Qjvkst39I suspect you are facing this issues because your rules are conflicting(the equal to) try using my rules of less than and more than and see if that works. Also, remove the other rules as a test
Hi @goodigital ,
Please include your debug log: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
Also, please go to Woocommerce > Status >Logs and check for any error logs, also check in your browser console for any errors when mapping the fields.
And as a test, try changing your website main language to english.
Hi @e4deal ,
I’m unable to replicate that behavior: https://www.loom.com/share/380ab01c57324b7db5ff4982601d06c1
The attribute sale_price is automatically excluded if the value is empty. Can you please confirm what happens if you try creating a new/fresh feed and see if that works?
Alternatively, try using a rule/filter to check if the sale price is empty and assign it a price value. Also, please pass on your debug log.https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
Hi @alekosk ,
Glad you were able to solve things, closing this post as solved. Feel free to open up another post if you have other questions.
Hi @giorai ,
Can you try creating a new feed/fresh feed and see if that works? Also, please pass on your debug log: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
Hi @alekosk ,
Can you please try manually refreshing the feed and see if that fixes the product count? If not, please try creating a new/fresh feed and see if the feed contain all feeds.
Hi @e4deal ,
By default the sale price mapping: https://ibb.co/0p81w1SK by default will only show the sale_price on the feed only if there’s a value on it https://ibb.co/0y34Q6Fb
Try creating a fresh new feed and see if that fixes things.
Hi @despresomn ,
Try disabling the include only default variation or include only lowest priced variation
You mentioned that this was enabled, if these options are enabled then only one of the variants will be added. It’s likely what you are facing.
https://despresomn.ro/produs/lenjerie-de-pat-cu-elastic-bumbac-finet-hf6p65/ == This product on the feed only has 1 item when there are 2 variants (only default option is showing)
Hi @ktrias1978 ,
Looks like you are one of our Premium/paid users. As such I’m unable to provide support here as it’s against WordPress Forum TOS. Please reach out directly via our support form: https://adtribes.io/submit-ticket/
Hi @despresomn ,
Sorry I don’t quite get your question, you mentioned that it doesn’t include product variations? I just checked https://despresomn.ro/produs/lenjerie-pat-cu-elastic-damasc-bumbac-100-alba-2-persoane/
That product and cross-checked the feed. It has all 3 variations: https://ibb.co/prP9KD5D
Hi @agnieshax ,
Try creating a new feed(not duplicated) and see if that works. Also to confirm the products with missing descriptions, are the variable products?
If they are, use the Parent description
Hi @minhkha555 ,
You could try creating a product attribute or tag called pre-order. Then use the rules and filters to check if the tag/attribute is equal to pre-order.
If true then set the availability value to preorder
Hi @samcamb,
Please open up a new ticket as the issue is different from OP. I’ll mark this post as solved, we’ll keep an eye out for your issue/post
Hi @kreativelabs ,
Is the customfield you mentioned, is it the generated/created field on the field mapping phase? https://ibb.co/bMbqqRF1
As for the Appsolute product condition – This isn’t a value from our plugin, is this a product attribute or a custom field that was created for the product via ACF or custom code?
the value is missing from the exported file.
This can happen when the attribute/field is empty. Try setting the values as static on the field mapping settings and see if that fixes things
Hi @davidecho
1 – It’s mentioning that the ZIP codes are invalid, review your shipping settings and the postal/zip codes. Ensure that they are correct. If they are then reach out to Google if the zip code is supported.
2- I can’t provide much support here as this falls under Google TOS. What I suggest is going through your products and see if you break any of their requirements: https://support.google.com/adspolicy/answer/143465?hl=en & https://support.google.com/google-ads/thread/237327370/personalized-advertising-personal-hardships?hl=en
3 – Review your feed, if the image link is showing
4 – The availability values are mismatched, please review your feed if they follow the expected values: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/7052112?hl=en#price_and_availability
- In stock
[in_stock] - Out of stock
[out_of_stock] - Preorder
[preorder] - Backorder
[backorder]
If not then, use the rules and filters to update the values. Check the frontend of your website as well.
5 – It’s likely that your product description or somewhere within your site is mentioning restricted buzzwords. Best to look into Google’s TOS or product TOS
6 – Google restricts Alcoholic beverages from being advertised: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6150139?hl=en
