    Dear Product Feed Pro Team,

First of all, I appreciate that you offer one of the best feed plugins for WordPress. However, I must express my frustration over the recurring issues caused by your updates. This is not the first time—probably the tenth—that I’ve noticed an unusual drop in sales from Google Ads, only to trace the issue back to the feed.

Your product is great, but these frequent disruptions are costly. Every couple of months, an update introduces critical bugs, forcing us to roll back to previous versions. This latest update has a serious issue with filters: the first field connected to a filter breaks, and all subsequent fields are excluded. As a result, our ads were running without products, leading to an estimated loss of €1,000–€1,500.

Please ensure that updates are thoroughly tested before release. Stability is crucial, and launching bug-ridden versions of an otherwise well-functioning plugin is incredibly disruptive. I urge you to prioritize reliability to prevent these costly setbacks.

As mentioned, you have the best feed plugin on WordPress, but it already works perfect, kindly stop breaking it.

    Hi @stevesand

We really appreciate your kind words about our plugin and totally understand your frustration. Keeping everything running smoothly is our top priority, and we’re working as fast as we can to get this sorted.

When improving the plugin, sometimes certain features might not work as expected right away, but we do try to quickly fix it. We definitely don’t want our updates to disrupt your business, and we’re taking your feedback seriously to make things more stable moving forward.

Also, I highly suggest using staging site or test site to our plugin’s update to ensure that it doesn’t disrupt the live site.
