  • Hi @webparaplan @titowhisky

Thanks for sharing your status report.

We have an opened issue in regards to this PHP warning.

Our developers are working on it.

However, we don’t have any particular ETA on this.

    I hope that helps!

    Hi @ashng

That’s really odd that you still see the same errors.

I would suggest that you need to remove the WooCommerce Integration app from Facebook side and then try again to remove Facebook for WooCommerce data, then reconnect.

    FIRST PART:

    https://d.pr/i/b20NbB
    Link to image: https://d.pr/i/b20NbB

It will finally get removed completely so you can make a new integration:

    https://d.pr/i/24P3ke
    Link to image: https://d.pr/i/24P3ke

    SECOND PART:

    • Please deactivate the plugin and then delete it
    • And then access your phpMyAdmin, please run the same SQL query command to clear Facebook for WooCommerce previous data.

Once, that’s done, you can try activate the plugin and re-start the setup.

Please do the above steps, and let me know how it goes.

    Hi there @joednc

    Thanks for your question!

Apparently the brand on the catalogue is not syncing with Facebook catalogue. It is the name of the boutique which is filled instead.

where can I set it to take the attributes brand for this field ?

We have an opened issue in regards to brands being not synced to the Facebook catalog.

Our developers are working on it, hopefully it will be resolved soon.

In the meantime, I think as a workaround you can mention in your Product Description what brand it is.

    I hope that helps!

If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to let us know!

    Hi @sdelfi

We have a handful number of reports about the issue Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for (EventNameHere) checkout Event.

There are a few factors that might have caused this:

    1) – Possibly on the browser side used by your the visitors of your website, there are browser adds on that might break the pixel events generated by the plugin so data aren’t sent to Facebook completely. Like browser addons used to block tracking codes/ads

    2) – Also caching plugins can affect it

    3) – More than one plugin handling Facebook pixel are used

The possible solutions would be either:

    1) – Click ignore on the Facebook side temporarily, to stop getting this warning, more over if you don’t run paid ads, as we’re working to narrow down what might have caused this

    2) – Clear caching and transient data by going to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Tools > WooCommerce transients > Click – Clear Transients (Button on right)

    3) – Force full sync all your products manually by going to Marketing > Facebook > Product sync, click Sync Product

    4) – If that still doesn’t resolve, you can disable Facebook pixel generated by our plugin.

    I hope that helps!

    Hi Martin @martinverity

    Thanks for your question!

`For some reason the vast majority of products with variants are not synchronizing to our Facebook online store.

I have followed the forum and I believe we have done all things correct however most product variants not synching

    any help or guidance appreciated.`

I saw cases in regards to variants not being synced because of some reasons:

    – Please ensure that you have higher PHP time limit than 30
    – Please ensure that when you setup variants, you don’t use the “Any + attribute” setup, instead make specific variations combination. Example of not recommended setup screenshot, using “Any” : https://d.pr/i/3SU5ho

After that, please do the following:

    – Try to clear WooCommerce transient: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Tools > WooCommerce transients > Click – Clear Transients (Button on right)

    – Try to make a simple edit on your variable products and then do manual sync: Marketing > Facebook > Product sync

    I hope that helps!

Let me know how it goes!

    Hi @turquess

    That’s really odd!

I install facebook pro woocommerce, active it and when I go to this plugin to make some setting I get always only a blank page. I’m using WP 5.8 and Woocommerce 5.5.1. Version of this plugin I have 2.6.1. When I turn on debug mode, I still get only a blank page and nothing error. I tried set up log errors on server, but nothing too. I have only 500 internal server error on console from browser.

In order for us to understand your WooCommerce setup and troubleshoot further, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply?

    Look forward to your reply.

    Hi @mjmoniz

    Thanks for your question!

I’ve been getting failed orders because of the following error:

Error: The zip code you supplied failed validation.

It’s very unlikely that it’s related with the plugin.

Zip code checking is a part of Stripe mechanism as a fraud prevention measure.

There isn’t a way to skip Zip Code validation.

Customers are expected to add the zip code that is registered to the credit card. If the zip code does not match what the card has on file, the customer’s bank will not approve the transaction.

I would recommend asking Stripe if you have further questions, as we have no more insight into why it might be failing there.

I trust that points you in the right direction.

    Hi @mshallop

Thanks for sharing your experience using the plugin!

That’s really not good experience though, especially the following:

Contacted FB support and their “solution” was to remove my existing FB biz page, complete with all its contacts, posts, etc., and let the plugin create a new biz page, basically the nuclear option. I imagine this is probably a popular response from support.

Feel free to open a new support forum post, and we’re happy to guide through the setup process.

Basically it’s possibly to choose your existing Facebook assets (Facebook Business Manager, Pages, Catalog, etc) just to make sure that you have correct permissions.

    Hi @intaction

That’s really odd that deactivating the plugin didn’t work.

I disabled the WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway plugin and went back to the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin which doesn’t have the issue.

Glad that you decided to temporarily go with that workaround!

I think next time, you’ll want to check if caching plugins affect that, so you might want to try clear cache and also deactivate caching plugins.

Also, please create a new support thread if you have any other questions!

    Hi there @gurry90

    Thanks for your question!

    I hope you’re well!

I have installed the official Facebook plugin for Woocommerce. Some products loaded automatically while in the BM catalog many others did not.

I have come across similar cases like this, and this can relate to many factors.

Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste on https://gist.github.com/ and then copy the URL in your reply.

    I hope that helps!

    Hi @miyuru9090

    Thanks for your question!

First of all the plugin indeed is designed to deduplicate events so they’re not counted twice, so that notice is really odd.

I would suggest checking if there is any caching plugin being used, please clear cache or disable it temporarily.

    I hope that helps!

    Hi @melidox

    Thanks for your question!

As far as I am aware as I have a few active installation with this plugin, yes that when we connect Facebook for WooCommerce from the start to the end, eventually a Facebook Commerce account along with FB shop will be created and waiting to be approved.

For the domain part, the connection / installation doesn’t take care of that.

In this case you will need to contact Facebook to assign the correct domain for your shop.

    I hope that helps!

If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to let us know!

    Hi @nilewm

    Thanks for your question!

`I also reimplemented the Facebook API integration and confirmed with my Facebook ads manager that the API is firing correctly. However, I’m still getting deduplication errors.

I’m thinking this is a plugin issue because I am receiving multiple “browser” events from the ‘partner integration’ being the facebook for woocommerce plugin.

The facebook pixel code is only on my website via the plugin as I’ve verified by turning the plugin off and checking the pixel helper as mentioned previously.`

We can confirm that by default, the plugin, intelligently deduplicates events that are sent both from the browser pixel events and server-to-server events (Conversions API) to ensure no double-counted events.

    Excerpt from our blog:

With the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, the same data that flows through Conversions API and the Facebook Pixel is deduplicated based on a unique event ID, so there’s no concern about the same events being double-counted.

This could be an intermittent issue affecting some users as I don’t have a similar issue and it’s not widespread.

However, we have an open bug report regarding this Missing Some Deduplication Parameters and our devs are working to ensure this resolved.

If you have made sure no other plugin that does FB pixel and also no caching plugins that could affect it, for now, I’d suggest manually click “Resolve” or “Ignore” on the Facebook site as we keep monitoring this and working on the above mentioned open issue, and also working with Facebook to ensure the accuracy of the report.

Or as a work around you can temporarily disable the auto pixel injection using the following code snippet:

    add_filter( 'facebook_for_woocommerce_integration_pixel_enabled', '__return_false' );

You can use Code Snippet plugin to insert this code.

And then, you can keep Facebook for WooCommerce for the products syncing, while for Facebook pixel, you can use another plugin that does Facebook pixel for example, Facebook for WordPress by Facebook.

    I hope that helps!

    Hi @kinito

Looks like that you might need to clear the data of the plugin and try to reconnect.

To do that please complete the following:

Please navigate to this URL: YourWebsite.com/wp-admin/options.php and look for the field names that start with gla_, then please empty all of those fields (that are not greyed out), and scroll down to find and click the save button.

If you’re still unable to reconnect, please do the following:

    • First of all, backup your database Important
    • Uninstall Google Listings and Ads
    • Please navigate to your phpMyAdmin page, you might want to ask your host if you’re not sure, and then navigate to the SQL section and paste the code below into the white box, lastly please click Go

    Link to image: https://d.pr/3iYHSw

The Code to use is available here.

Sidenote: Sometimes some WordPress database has a unique table prefix, the most common prefix is wp, so the table will start like wp_options, but if your database has a different prefix, please ensure to adjust accordingly the above code.`

    I hope that helps.

Please let me know how it goes!

    Hi there @mfaisalaf

    Thanks for your question!

I want to integrate my facebook with woocommerce but failed at last step with message “Something went wrong.
This may be because of a technical error that we’re working to get fixed. Try reloading this page.”. I’ve reloaded the step page for integration but still can’t.

Looks like that you need to remove the plugin completely from WordPress database and try to reconnect again.

Next Steps: Remove FB for WooCommerce from Database

What we want to do next is to completely remove the Facebook for WooCommerce data stored in your WordPress database.

    – First of all, please backup your database [Important]

    – Deactivate Facebook for WooCommerce

    – Please navigate to your phpMyAdmin page, you might want to ask your host if you’re not sure, and then navigate to the SQL section and paste the code below into the white box, lastly please click Go:

    https://d.pr/3iYHSw
    Link to image: https://d.pr/3iYHSw

Click for the code to paste.

Sidenote: Sometimes some WordPress database has a unique table prefix, the most common prefix is wp, so the table will start like wp_options, but if your database has a different prefix, please ensure to adjust accordingly the above code.

Once, the above data removal is completed, please reactivate Facebook for WooCommerce and then go back to Marketing > Facebook, and click Get Started.

    I hope that helps!
