In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Woocommerce featured and gallery images issueFacebook for WooCommerce plugin relies on Facebok on what data is synced to your Facebook caatalog.
In this case, for product specifications, in terms of image, Facebook only requires
image_linkfield for catalog sync.And the
image_linkfield refers to one single image URL such as: Example: http://www.jaspersmarket.com/products/shirt.jpgFor more information, please check Data Feed Fields and Specifications for Catalogs.
Hence, it’s only the featured image that’s synced, currently it’s not possible to sync product gallery images.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Error logHi @supportvdes
Thanks for sharing the system status report.
Please complete the following and see if the issue is resolved:
1) Delete the plugin Facebook for WooCommerce
2) Enable WP Cron as I see from your status report it is disabled?
3) Clear Facebook for WooCommerce data from your database with the below steps:Remove FB for WooCommerce from Database
What we want to do next is to completely remove the Facebook for WooCommerce data stored in your WordPress database.
– First of all, please backup your database [Important]
– Deactivate Facebook for WooCommerce
– Please navigate to your phpMyAdmin page, you might want to ask your host if you’re not sure, and then navigate to the SQL section and paste the code below into the white box, lastly please click Go:

wp, so the table will start likewp_options, but if your database has a different prefix, please ensure to adjust accordingly the above code.Once, the above data removal is completed, please reactivate Facebook for WooCommerce and then go back to
Marketing > Facebook, and click Get Started.I hope that helps!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Wrong currency on Facebook catalogHi there @clicksajjad
I have done the same but unfortunately it didn’t work
That’s really unfortunate that it’s not working for you.
I got a problem with the wrong currency on Facebook. We are using WooCommerce Currency Switcher. We have PKR and USD as currencies.
Our default currency is PKR but when products are transferred to Facebook catalog. The currency is USD. I can’t find any solution. Do you have any fix for this problem?
Can you please try the following steps and see if this resolves the issue, syncing the products to Facebook catalog with your default store currency: PKR:
1) Disable all other plugins except Facebook for WooCommerce, WooCommerce, and the currency switcher
2) Make PKR as default currency both on your store setting and on the currency switcher plugin setting
3) Clear WooCommerce transient data: WooCommerce > Status > Tools > WooCommerce transients, Clear transient
If that still doesn’t work, try to disable the currency switcher as well and do again the above step and see if PKR prices synced. If it does, it looks like perhaps Facebook for WooCommerce doesn’t really work with the currency switcher plugin.
I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] restore revenue data from past week?Hi there @megunticook
Thanks for your question!
I had the GA Integration plugin deactivated for several days while I was doing some testing. Naturally GA is showing zero conversions during that time. I’ve since reactivated the plugin. Is it possible to somehow add the missing revenue to GA manually? Just so the gap doesn’t mess up our revenue reporting too badly for the month.
Unfortunately, as far as I am aware that’s not possible to add missing revenue to GA manually with the plugin.
I would strongly suggest you reaching out to Google Merchant support to get the appropriate solution as it’s pretty much beyond what the plugin can do.
I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.
Hi there terry @dokterry
Thanks for sharing a lot of your setup information and the screenshots.
This might a conflict with the other plugins.
Would you mind disabling the following plugins temporarily and if the issue disappears?
Woo Discount Rules PRO 2.0: by Flycart – 2.3.8
Woo Discount Rules: by Flycart – 2.3.8Look forward to your reply.
Hi @michael1022
Thanks for sharing the log!
I didn’t see anything useful that explains as to why you’re experiencing the issue mentioned above.
Could you please clarify on the following:
1) Is there any other Square plugin in addition to WooCommerce Square
2) If not, can you please try a conflict test and see if the issue disappears when only WooCommerce and WooCommerce square active, a more detailed guide to do a full conflict test available here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
3) You said your store is active, do you also have credit card processing enabled and also have you verified your identity in Square?
I hope that helps!
Let me know how it goes!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Endless loading/spinner on checkout pageHi there @gong8451min
Thanks for your question!
503 is server response error so it might relate to your server.
I would recommend two steps:
1) Enable debugging on WordPress so we can check the log of possible reason of the issue
2) Try to do a conflict test.
Enable debugging
To enable debugging and let me know what error message you receive. You can learn more about this here: https://wordpress.org/support/article/editing-wp-config-php/#wp_debug
To do this:
– You will need to login to your site via FTP or directly via your cPanel
– download the wp-config.php file
– duplicate this file to create a backup
– add the lines of code as specified in the link above
– save and re-upload this file to your site.
– Then please send us the debug.log file auto generated in /wp-contentJust in case anything went wrong, you would have a backup of the original file that you can re-upload if needed.`
Conflict testing
The best way to determine if this is caused by conflicts, please do the following:- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
I hope that helps!

Hi @psorn
Thanks for your question!
Is it planned to integrate the blocks in the “core” in this year?
Unfortunately, I don’t have that information 🙁
I think the priority is now we really want to make sure that the checkout block compatible with payment gateways developed by us.
I hope that helps!
Hi there @sawdusttech
Thanks for your question!
Two issues that seem to be related to the plugin.
When items are purchased that will be shipped, the sales tax is split incorrectly and some is applied to the shipping even though we do not charge tax on shipping nor is the total amount of tax collected including the shipping amount as taxable.
It only shows this in Square but not in WooCommerce.
That’s really odd.
In order for us to understand the issue, could you please share the screenshot of the affected WooCommerce order showing the sales tax being incorrectly split to shipping, please take the full page screenshot that shows the detail of the order and also the order note.
When a refund is done through WooCommerce from a customers purchase it shows up on Square’s end as refund for a certain receipt# not as the item chosen.
Can you please take the screenshot from affected WooCommerce order and also the screenshot of the said refunded order on Square?
I recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply.
Look forward to your reply.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Integration Error on Final Step – Submit for ReviewHi @ashng
Thanks for your reply.
When you said
then followed your instructions but unfortunately the issue still persists., that would mean that you have done the following– Removing the existing WooCommerce Integration on your account
– Clearing database date for Facebook for WooCommerce using the SQl query. If that’s yes, that leaves us in a tricky situation here.
Can you please clear the following:
– disable Facebook for WooCommerce
– clear the data again via SQL with the above queryDELETE FROM 'wp_options' WHERE option_name LIKE '%wc_facebook_%';
– clear WC Transient data WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Tools > WooCommerce transients > Click – Clear Transients (Button on right)
– temporarily disable all plugins except Facebook for Woo and WooCommerce
– activate Facebook for Woo again and try to reconnect now via WP Admin > Marketing > Facebook > Get StartedI hope that helps!
Let me know how it goes!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Variable Product info not saving to some ordersHi @alphapixa
Thanks for your reply sharing further information on what you have done so far.
Glad that the issue hasn’t re-occurred now.
Deactivated Yoast SEO plugin, SG Optimizer plugin and a WooCommerce sequential numbering plugin by WebToffee. So far, the issue has not re-occurred since this latest step, but time will tell. The order numbering might be an obvious one due to it touch points, but I have experienced some odd and seemingly unrelated issues on other sites with both both Yoast and SG Optimizer, so I’ve deactivated those for troubleshooting….
I think you have narrowed down nicely what could have caused some conflict and triggered the issue to surface.
You can narrow down further by activating these three plugins one by one, and see in between if the issue re-occurs. When one of these three is plugin activated, and the issue re-occurs, then we know that’s the main culprit.
I hope that helps!
I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.
Hi Philip @psorn
Thanks for your question!
I have done a test myself and it seems at the moment the Checkout block isn’t compatible with WooCommerce PayPal Payments yet.
I submitted a report to our developers via Github and see if they can have a look on this.
I hope that helps!
Hey @jnz31
i didn’t even realize i fixed this bug before 😅 with explanation and all. it probably reoccurred since i installed some updates.
Ah I see, as we mentioned before, we have added your report to the above Github issue.
At this point, my hands are pretty much tied here, but fingers crossed, the issue will be resolved soon 🙂
Have a wonderful day ahead!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Huge file size and slow page speedHi there @raymond621
Thanks for your question!
With Stripe plugin enabled, my product page size jumps from 1.6mb to 2.3mb. Number of requests from 99 to 119. I am not sure why there are so many files being loaded behind the screen, its just a product page. Is this a normal behavior to have an extra 0.7mb? I do not have google pay nor apple pay enable. I would like to provide a link to my site but I do not wish to release it to the public.
I am happy to help investigate further using our private ticketing system.
