@dcka Can you perhaps explain why we have to uncheck “Instagram Shopping”? Won’t that disable Instagram Shop?
I’m asking, because we’re having the same issue as @iimark. Some are not showing up in Instagram, but it’s showing in Facebook Catalog and it’s synced properly.
Feel free to create a new support thread, so we can reply to your issue there.
Basically that’s just avoid any issue when your Instagram account isn’t eligible yet for shopping. Down the road, you can re-enable it by going through to existing Facebook for WooCommerce setup again.

I checked the URL you shared and indeed didn’t see the checkout button.
I did a test on my test site and I didn’t see it as well:

I have Google Tag manager installed in my web and also have WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration plugin that allows me to see Conversions in Analytics.
I found out with Tag assistant that the property ID it has been tracked twice.
When you use Google Tag Manager as well it’s possible that the property ID is tracked twice.
It could be that you have two GA scripts loaded one using our plugin and the rest loaded in GTM and or manually added using a plugin, etc.
To resolve the issue, please follow a guide as explained in this helpful article: Same web property ID is tracked twice

1: if customers has SCA enable for his/her credit card
In this case, when checking out and completing orders, the orders will be on-hold waiting authorization.
The customers will receive a confirmation message, likely sent by the card issuer to their phone to authorize the payment, by entering special code or password etc. If the customer authorize the payment, then the payment becomes successful/processing status.
Transactions below € 30 will usually not require SCA. However, SCA will be required after five exempt transactions or if the total amount spent by the customer exceeds € 100.
2: If customer has SCA disable for his/her credit card
In this case, there is no authorization required. Stripe will try to charge the card immediately. (This would be a rare situation since SCA is required in European Economic Area (EEA)).

Our Facebook Shop shows prices without VAT even though the correct prices with VAT are shown in our WordPress website.
That’s really odd!
It can be caused by a failed sync of product price due to various reasons like caching, PHP resources not enough, plugins conflict etc.
Please complete the following to force sync so the prices are updated in your Facebook catalog.
1) Make sure that you have PHP time limit of more than 30 or 120, here is to how to increase it: https://wpastra.com/docs/increase-php-time-limit-wordpress-sites/
2) Please ensure that WP cron is enabled, here is how to enable it how yours is disabled: https://wptweetboost.com/docs/how-to-enable-your-wordpress-cron-system/
3) Clear your WooCommerce transient data: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Tools > WooCommerce transients, click Clear transients
4) Force resync the product data to Facebook here: WP Admin > Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync, click Sync products

We’re working on improving the plugin, as far as I am aware you should be able to select an existing standard Google merchant account (not multi account Google merchant).
But yes if you have a multi client Google merchant account, it’s not supported yet. Our developers are working on, hopefully soon this will be supported as well.

Okay, so after the EU, you have had to make VAT changes, and currently the site is showing VAT for products while your products on Facebook catalog isn’t showing with VAT.
From the code you shared it seems that you’re possibly using a different plugin here called Pixel Caffiene
I would suggest that you contact their support to double check about the custom filter you make.
Secondly, as far as I am aware, related to your scenario to have a conditional check and assign a VAT rate accordingly based on countries users are visiting your site, it’s currently not possible. Facebook for WooCommerce will hold one single tax rate, that’s synced to your catalog and shop.
I think the workaround, if you have traffic from Facebook, would be to have a custom notice like you mentioned. But in terms on how to implement it, we’re not able to provide any customization. We highly recommend contacting one of the services on our Customizations page, if you’re interested to customize adding a notice/alert, if the traffic comes from Facebook.
