Hi @dyslexicdrakness
Thanks for reaching out with your Facebook for WooCommerce Question.
Currently, the “PageView” still only be sent via browser (navigator). And based on the Facebook development doc, it’s fine to send an event only from one of browser and server sides, even it can send different events separately from the browser or server according to scenario.
Please let us know if you have any questions!
So just to be clear, it is possible that it IS actually working but no purhcase events have required a server side event to be fired (i.e. no one on iOS 14.5+ has purchased anything)
see screenshot of events for reference

Hi @dyslexicdrakness
Our plugin should send the conversion data both using CAPI (server to server) or through the pixel for all events.
Do you have any other plugins that do Facebook conversion/pixel management?
Secondly, please ensure that have logging enabled here Marketing > Facebook, at the bottom.
Look forward to your reply.
It is now showing purchase as both browser and server. It suppose my theory was right in that every purchase had been with non iOS 14.5+ devices and server side event was not needed.
Thanks!
Thanks for the updates @dyslexicdrakness,
It looks like everything is going well now.
