In reply to: [WooCommerce] New order email missing telephone numberHi there,
This is a fairly complex development topic.
I can recommend the WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal for resources on developing for WooCommerce.
You can also visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the
#developerschannel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.`Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] “Redirect only” method is deprecatedHi there
Unfortunately, 99% of products are all hosted on our servers as it’s a multi-vendor site so vendors are constantly uploading but there are a couple templates we are selling that are Google Sheets or Canva links etc. and I can’t make those downloads as they lose their functionality. So, I’m looking for a way to have both downloads and redirects.
.
It seems that would require customization here. I’d recommend you contacting one of developers on our
WooCommerce Customizations Page.I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to separate the product’s title with the product picture.Hi @jenghei
For the single product preview is showing as you provide the sample but I wanted to change all the title and price at the shop side. Means I could see all the product in a page but the title and price at right side.
It seems that would require some customization, we highly recommend contacting one of the services on our WooCommerce Customizations Page.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product gallery is missingHi @garimagarg
I have tried by disable the plugin and also by changing the theme. But it still showing the placeholder image.
That’s odd!
You have 15 plugins, please disable all of them except WooCommerce and then please change the theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty temporarily and see if that resolves the issue.
Look forward to your reply.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Plugin advice pleaseHi Steve @srd75
So the ideal solution would be that the website would be able to:
Accept payment directly from customers and manage the stock levels and logistics of the products we warehouse.
Accept payment directly from customers and interact directly with other vendors to place orders, automate payment to them and provide all the info they need to ship. Thanks for your question!
If you plan to have vendor management on your website, I’d suggest you to try [Product Vendors].
For mix and match products, you can also try [Mix and Match Products].
I hope that helps!
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Allowing Sale of Items to Shipping Zones it Shouldn’thttps://woocommerce.com/products/conditional-shipping-and-payments/
Hi @chenryahts
Thanks for your question!
If I set the ship-to address inside one of the zones but outside the other, it only charges the specified shipping cost of the one item, but still allows you to buy the other item (which is a hand-delivered item, so this is really an issue).
I read through the documentation here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/flat-rate-shipping/
And that did help fix the flat rate when buying products from just a single shipping class, but it doesn’t address products that shouldn’t be sold outside the zone specified.
If you want to apply restriction like restrict a product not to be sold outside particular state, you’d want to consider trying Conditional Shipping and Payments.
I hope that helps!
Hi @ndc123
Customers on my site continue to receive error messages when they go through the checkout on my woocommerce/checkout page. After paypal payments are submitted my website is supposed to redirect to a confirmation/order received page, but that never happens and instead the customers receive an “Internal Server Error” message at the top of the page when they are sent back to the original Checkout page. The payments seem to be going through, but there’s no order confirmation or any store emails being sent out from Woocommerce confirming the order has been received outside of the email receipts generated from/on paypals’end? How do I get rid of this “Internal Server Error” message after checkout and get the website to re-direct to some sort of Order Confirmation page and send email confirmation of the order to the customer?
I disabled all of the plugins that I thought could be causing an issue including a cache plugin that I believe came with the theme or was recommended. This hasn’t fixed the issue.
That’s quite frustrating indeed.
Could you please try to do a full conflict testing, instead of partially disabling some plugins, and see if the issue resolved?
The best way to do full conflict testing is to complete the following steps:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
Hey @panatapattu
Sorry for the delay getting back to you!
I want to get all WooCommerce orders from given date range. I can retrieve all orders at once. But I am confusing with passing the date range via API URL.
Can anybody help me with this? I know it’s something like this but can’t figure out the exact way to do it.
