    Hi @diegosn79

Sorry for being late replying to you.

We are migrating our site to PHP 8.0.7 but when we make the change we cannot edit the pages any more, due to the error shown below.
If we use PHP 7.4 the error disappears and we can edit the pages normally.
    Any help is welcome.

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

Could you please do conflict testing and if you can still see the issue consistently?

    Please complete the following step:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.`

    Hi @make-carlos

Sorry for the delay getting back to you.

This is a fairly complex development topic. I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.

I can also recommend the WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal for resources on developing for WooCommerce.

You can also visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.

    Hi @snicholson

    I hope you’re well.

I just wanted to give you a quick update that our developers confirmed that they’re going to bump the tested up to information in the next release of WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway, version 5.5.

    I hope that helps!

I’m going to mark this as resolved for now.

Feel free to open a thread if you have any other questions at all!

    Hi @zanniap

Sorry for getting the delay getting back to you!

My product edits and updates are not syncing with google merchant center anymore.

Are you saying that it’s working before and now it stops working?

    Could you please confirm:

    – What previous version number of the plugin when it was working
    – What areas that you are editing, product description, price?

Please note that there was a report before about product description being too large and that caused an error, and it’s related with update_by_batch_requests.

So it’s important to know what areas that you do in regards to product edits and updates.

    Look forward to your reply.

    Hi @instanciasdigitales

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

Looking at the woocommerce status in log it brings up an error in syncing to facebook and instagram stores which is the following `08-26-2021 @ 16:30:46 – There was an error trying to sync products using the Catalog Batch API for job 3463b5b9096350c92e926aeee5972f42: Cannot create API instance because access token is missing.’

The token missing issue could be either caused by:

    – When you’ve been using this plugin for long and then updated to the later versions, the integration app from this plugin has lost its permissions, etc

    – There is some issue with your Facebook accounts like you need to enable 2 Factor authentication, add phone number to your account due to Facebook policy to ensure account protection. This sometimes triggers tokens being reset

The solution, is that you can try to disconnect and then try to reconnect.

    I’d suggest the following steps:

    – Navigate to Marketing > Facebook, click Manage Connection, then on the page where you’re redirected to, take note of the Business manager, pixel, page names, etc

    – Then click disconnect on the same location Marketing > Facebook, then try to connect again by clicking Get Started, and choose the same assets, that you have taken note of previously

    I hope that helps!

Let me know how it goes!

    Hi @jaimelopes

Sorry for the delay getting back to you!

I’m having trouble syncing my products with facebook.
When I first setup the plugin and clicked sync it only seemed to work with one item.

Since then, when I have added a new product, or updated an old one. It will sync those.

I have disconnected and re-connected, checked that the plugin is pointing to the correct catalog, and performed a manual sync multiple times. I’ve even migrated the site to a new host (for other reasons also) but it still doesn’t sync the older products.

First of all, when you said Old Products, did you mean they are WooCommerce products before you installed Facebook for WooCommerce plugin?

Please elaborate as it’s not clear to me.

I assumed that when you did disconnect/reconnect, you had this plugin working before syncing that “Old Products” then it stopped working in the later version?

Any clue as to how I can get all +140 products to sync without having to manually update each one?

I don’t have issues to sync a lot of products on my test site, so this issue is specific to your website.

To understand your WooCommerce site, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in the reply?

    Look forward to your reply.

Hi @asaad202 sorry for the delay response here.

deleting/resetting the product on Facebook, and then letting it resync from woocommerce as per your link does not solve our issue.

Do you think we should delete the product from facebook as well? I mean from Facebook catalogue.

If you’re still experiencing the same issue, please create a ticket directly on our website so we can investigate further.
