I understand that you are using Facebook for WooCommerce from 2-3 weeaks ago it is not receiving purchase data correctly, and based on this I would assume that it was working prior to the 2-3 weeks, correct?
It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report too. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

before im not sure if was using the facebook for woocomerce pluguin, because other company built the site.
i didn’t find this options there to get de system report, is it inside wordpress? can u show with images or video?

Happy to help you with the steps
1. Please login to wp-admin of your site
2. Click on WooCommerce on the left hand side menu and further Status within there
3. Click on Get System Report and then Copy for support
4. Paste here in comment
