Plugin advice please

Hi Folks,

Can you please help me determine how we can produce the following WooCommercesolution:

• Each month or more frequently we will offer a mixed pack of products from the different vendors and/or options to mix and match from a list of different vendors.
• We will likely warehouse a limited amount of the various products locally that we will offer for the mixed packs. We will box and deliver these packs ourselves.
• People who buy the mixed packs from us then get discount rates on a case (or multiples) of the ones they liked the best. We would invoice the customer for these wines, we would then pay the vendor, and they would ship directly to the customer.
• Also want to introduce gift cards (vouchers) and gift packs.

So the ideal solution would be that the website would be able to:

1. Accept payment directly from customers and manage the stock levels and logistics of the products we warehouse.
2. Accept payment directly from customers and interact directly with other vendors to place orders, automate payment to them and provide all the info they need to ship.

I would love your advice on whether WooCommerce plugins can produce this solution.
