In reply to: [Nifty Newsletters (Formerly Sola Newsletters)] html code for the formHi there.
I understand what you mean now.
Please go to ‘sola-newsletters’ -> ‘modules’ -> ‘module_widget.php’ and scroll to approximately line 116 and 122. Remove the ‘required’ text and let me know if this helps?
Thank you very much for getting back to me.
We’ll be making considerable changes in the next few weeks. I’d really appreciate it if you could test that version when it is released. Thanks again 🙂Hi
Sorry for only getting back to you now.a) I’ll sort this out ASAP.
b) We fixed this a couple months back.
c) What more would you like to see in the HTML editor? Are you wanting to swap between the drag-and-drop editor and an HTML editor, and visa versa?
d) Please contact me on support@solaplugins.com so I can get your money sent back to you. We made the mistake of allowing one of our junior support agents to respond to clients a little too early. I apologise again for the lack of decent support.Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [Nifty Newsletters (Formerly Sola Newsletters)] YUCKHi there
I’m sorry for only replying now. The button is on the “Newsletter page” right at the top. It’s a grey button that says “New campaign”. Sorry again for the late reply.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Nifty Newsletters (Formerly Sola Newsletters)] html code for the formHi there.
So glad to hear 🙂
You can use the shortcode [sola_nl_sign_up] to display the subscription form on the page.
Does this help?
Hi Tom.
Are you using WP Mail or SMTP to send your notifications? These settings can be found under ‘Help Desk’ -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘Email’.
Would you mind trying the SMTP option and let me know if this helps?

In reply to: [Sola Support Tickets] Incompatible with WP 4.2.3Hi there.
We will have this fixed in the next update we release. My sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Hi there.
So sorry for only getting back to you now.
My apologies for misunderstanding what you’ve been experiencing.
The Basic version doesn’t allow you to assign tickets to an agent as you can only have one agent (the super-admin of the site).
The Pro version allows you to have an unlimited number of agents, where you can assign tickets to each of them. You can also enable notifications when a new ticket has been assigned to the agent.
With regards to getting notifications, the basic version allows for notifications when a new ticket is received, and when a new response is received. The default email address used, is the email address set in the user profile of the super admin of the site. Unfortunately this can’t be changed without changing the email address of the profile.
I hope the above helps?
Hi there.
What versions of the plugin are you currently running?
The ‘Sent using SMTP’ can be removed in the code. Would you be comfortable in doing this or can I assist in removing this for you?
If a mail was sent to the user who submitted the ticket, then the SMTP configuration would be correct, unless I’ve misunderstood your last message?

In reply to: [Sola Support Tickets] Two PHP NoticesHi there.
I see. We’ll put a check for this in place. So sorry about that.
Hi there.
Your email settings might not be configured, and as a result, mails aren’t being sent out.
Please got to ‘Help Desk’ -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘Email’ and choose the ‘Custom SMTP Settings’ option and enter SMTP details in?
The long key, and ‘Sent using WordPress mail’ is done by default. Would you prefer the ‘Sent using WordPress mail’ be removed?
