• Its just doesn’t do what its supposed to do, and is poorly coded.

    a. Does not escape apostrophes.
    b. Navigation of editing is totally out of whack.
    c. No actual html editor for the templates. Either you use their dodgy, useless builder, or build yourself in an offline editor.
    d. Their support is rubbish. Low level plebs who don’t understand the system at all asking dumb questions without testing anything.

    Promised a lot, delivered little.

I also bought the premium version and did my money.

    Hi
Sorry for only getting back to you now.

    a) I’ll sort this out ASAP.
    b) We fixed this a couple months back.
    c) What more would you like to see in the HTML editor? Are you wanting to swap between the drag-and-drop editor and an HTML editor, and visa versa?
    d) Please contact me on support@solaplugins.com so I can get your money sent back to you. We made the mistake of allowing one of our junior support agents to respond to clients a little too early. I apologise again for the lack of decent support.

I think i already got my money back.
I moved on to using another newsletter plugin.

If you’ve fixed things? I’d be interested in retesting, and modifying my review, but am not prepare to rebuy it, just to test it.

Thank you very much for getting back to me.
We’ll be making considerable changes in the next few weeks. I’d really appreciate it if you could test that version when it is released. Thanks again 🙂

Always happy to give things a 2nd go, and if you have really got a better product now, I would be prepared to revise my comments and review, let me know.
