I understand what you mean.
How many emails are you sending out, at what intervals though? The mailboxes may pick it up as spam as wp_mail uses your server’s email address (Usually wordpress@mydomain.com) to send the mail. It then just replaces the email’s headers with your specified From name and address.

Exceeding limits can mark your mails as spam. We strongly recommend following your host’s guidelines 🙂

Yes, the user can edit the support ticket that they submit.
A ticket author can only view their own tickets that they have submitted. Agents can view all tickets though.
Changing the submission form can only be done by editing the code at the moment. We do not have the functionality to dynamically do this at the moment.
