I am back with some updates.

Regarding placing Address Line 2 below Address Line 1, we have tried a few solutions, but here are some issues we encountered:
– When sending Address Line 2 as a Address Line 2 to DHL API it places this field above Address Line 1, which is weird;
– “addressAddition” is placed under Address Line 1, but it is only used for international orders;
– And also, for Germany addresses, there should only be one street address line on the Checkout input fields, unless your theme is modifying checkout fields.

Regarding Label size, please see ‘Label format’ setting in the Plugin settings. There you can choose the format you need.

I am also discussing now, whether we can include this as a plugin setting, so you are able to change the tracking link language from the Settings.

Yes, in order to use DHL for WooCommerce plugin you are required to enter your username for the DHL business customer portal in the plugin settings.

Let me ensure I understand you correctly. With your example, when you enter “Enterprise ThisandThat, Office 304” into Address Line 2 field, this value is added to your Address Line 1 input, which results in a long, unreadable string.
You would like to have Address Line 2 printed under the Address Line 1 input on the label, so it is more readable. Am I understanding this right?

Regarding your second request, could you please send me a screenshot with how the labels look like for you now and also what how your desired label look like.
