In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Error 404 and wrong "Top Level Events" countFirst, apologies for late reply. We’ve added support people and changed systems so we’ll be on forums more frequently.
Regarding the top level event count, do you have some in the Trash from testing? Or perhaps you have some caching? We’ve had some bugs before, but this count is the first we’ve heard of that. Let us know if that is still and issue.
Also, regarding the 404 strange with Yoast, but glad the problem resolved.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Events Showing With Wrong Time (with latest)@gsmammarella @sbforg @riyall following up on the time issue. If you are using a localized time vs just a GMT setting (which won’t know about local daylight, etc), are you still seeing an issue with the latest OpenTickets Version?

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Change text problems@fransvg we’d like to help but what translation tool are you using for your wordpress website?
First, apologies for late reply. We’ve changed our support systems and added some people and we’re going to be on this forum more often, at least weekly.
If you are still having this issue, we have a couple suggestions. If you have an SSL certificate, we’ve used this on sites with ‘Really Simple SSL’ and the iThemes Security settings to ‘SSL Front End’ and both work fine. We also work fine with .htaccess enforcing https .
Our own OpenTickets.com website is https everywhere.
It might have to do with the method that wordpress-https uses to force SSL.
Let us know if this is resolved I’ll leave this open. Thank you for using OPenTickets…

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] GAMP Extension – Price Structure Not Showing@aussiekingy, since this was marked resolved we didn’t follow up, but want to make sure since you are a paying customer that you know how to access support tickets. On the My Account page at OpenTickets.com , under ‘Orders’ you can click ‘Get Help’ with any product you’ve purchased.
We’ve changed our support systems and added some people and paid customer have priority.
Cheers and hope it is working out for you.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] map to venueFirst, apologies for late reply. We’ve changed our support systems and added some people and we’re going to be on this forum more often, at least weekly.
Regarding the Ticket Map image, what would help us if you can send the URL of a broken image to your google image thumbnail. Since the link is working, but just the preview image is broken, right click the broken thumb and post the image URL. That will help us diagnose.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Check in logic failureWe’ve had the discussion on this topic via email and since you are a paid customer, we’ve also got access to the paid support tickets.
These above aren’t a logic on the ticket QR codes but the check-in method being used. As you know we’ve got a native app in development and also a change to zone or general admission codes coming.
I’ll mark this one resolved since this is being discussed off-forum.

If you can let us know the website URL and what you are trying to customize, perhaps we can help.
A lot of times those things are changed in the theme you chose for your WordPress install, but if there are some changes to OpenTickets display you are looking for, let us know.

Regarding the question, we’ve never heard of Access Denied problems from using our plugin. If you could provide a login for us to take a look and email to support at opentickets.com we’ll take a look and see if there are issues with your install.
This is the first report of this issue, so we’d like to know.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Event not displayed in the calendar@nicgios it sounds like you need to change the events settings to ‘Published’.
On the Main (Parent) Event page in the backend, under the Calendar are the individual Events (Child).
Those buttons ,when clicked, show the parameters for that event. Make sure that these are set to Published. Then Update the Event.
Also, the Event itself should be Published.
If that doesn’t do it, then make sure the Calendar itself is set to show ‘Next Event’. On the Calendar Page, the one with the Event Calendar template chosen, look for the box that sets when to show events. Make sure this is set to show ‘Next Event’.
@skoda007 make sure that your ‘Settings’ -> ‘General’ in WordPress is using the right localtime.
if you set it to GMT time, it won’t honor daylight time or local time changes. Make sure that the time is set to a local time in your Country.
If it is set to a local time, the times should be right on any event.
