    There is a big logic problem on check in process, I try to simulate it below:
    1- a zone with 30 capacity.
    2- a user buys 10 ticket to give it to his club’s members
    problem starts here:
    3- any single of those tickets could potentially check in 10 times
    4- if a check in agent scan the ticket twice, one person will lost his ticket
    5- if someone cheats !
    6- refresh the page, someone will lost his ticket

    it could be really problematic specially for big and commercial even

    We’ve had the discussion on this topic via email and since you are a paid customer, we’ve also got access to the paid support tickets.

    These above aren’t a logic on the ticket QR codes but the check-in method being used. As you know we’ve got a native app in development and also a change to zone or general admission codes coming.

    I’ll mark this one resolved since this is being discussed off-forum.
