    I installed this plugin earlier today and it went just fine. The problem arose when I tried to add another plugin or add a user with this plugin installed – I kept getting Access Denied errors. Removed this plugin manually and then everything else worked fine again. Weird. Any ideas?

    First, apologies for late reply. We’ve changed our support systems and added some people and we’re going to be on this forum more often.

    Regarding the question, we’ve never heard of Access Denied problems from using our plugin. If you could provide a login for us to take a look and email to support at opentickets.com we’ll take a look and see if there are issues with your install.

    This is the first report of this issue, so we’d like to know.
