    I have installed OpenTickets and it is working allright, but there are some changes to make.
    Is there a manual for Open Tickets?
    I think the movies are just fine, but I also want to customize color and text.
    May be I want to customize something by using PHP codes, but I don’t know where I can do that.
    Hope somebody can help me.

    First, apologies for late reply. We’ve changed our support systems and added some people and we’re going to be on this forum more often, at least weekly.

    If you can let us know the website URL and what you are trying to customize, perhaps we can help.

    A lot of times those things are changed in the theme you chose for your WordPress install, but if there are some changes to OpenTickets display you are looking for, let us know.

    Since this was never replied to, we’re hoping it all worked out. If you do need help, there are much newer versions of the software to use.
