In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Wrong times on tickets@petervandoorn thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’ll pass this on to dev.
As usual, thank you for being so helpful and providing us another bug fix!

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Can't generate ticketIt is not clear by looking at the URL that you are using OpenTickets to sell the tickets. The shop page does not appear to use OT. Also perhaps Simple Calendar or another plugin is conflicting with OT.
Can you email us at info at opentickets.com and provide us a login there? We can login and try to help, or organize an online screen share session to solve the issue. We hope to be able to help.
I’ll mark this resolved since we’re taking it ‘off forum’. We’ll watch for your email.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] How To Use A QR Code To Check In@donallong Making this sticky since a common question.
You can use any QR Reader app that supports URLs.
We prefer NeoReader, which works on iOS and Android.
The process is simple – login using whatever browser your QR Reader uses to your website as ‘Checkin Only’, ‘Box Office’ or above permission user. (Browser choice is a setting in NeoReader)
Once you are logged in, which you only need to do once, your phone is a scanner.
1 .Open the app
2. Scan the ticket
3.Get resultThe results will be something like ‘Checked In’, ‘Invalid Ticket’ or ‘Ticket already checked in’
Hope this helps. We wanted to make the checkin process free for any smart phone.
FYI if you join our mailing list, we are working on a native iOS app for our customers to use which will be even faster. We’ll update our mailing list when that is complete.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Can't add priceHello @inffectedmann,
I was informed that you have a dialogue open with dev, and they are waiting for a response and login to help with your situation. Therefore I’ll close this forum thread since you are talking to them via email.
@schmidtjd we haven’t been able to login to the site. If you are still having this issue, please let us know either by email or phone.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Translation issue@phoenixbe we’re using a js calendar library called ‘full calendar’ for this.
According to the docs, when you set your language on the website the buttons are translated. Since the translations for the calendar are _in_ the calendar library, they are not in the poedit.
Here’s a link to calendar internationalization demo.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] PHP 7 support@aleksman thank you for your post and sorry for delay. We now have someone else handing the forums on this account…
Thank you for your solution and we’re fixing that in our next OTCE release using your fix.
We appreciate it and will give you a shout out in the release.
We’ve discovered that this is a php7 issue, and will be resolved in next release.
Another customer found a solution and here is what worked:
Comment line 668, cause 2 default clause is not supported in php7 xD. Plugin now works as it should:
// default: echo $out; break;

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Ticket Counter@riyall
The Events aren’t listed in the ‘Shop’ page of the WooCommerce, they are on the Calendar.
There is a Display Options Extension that allows Events to show in the Shop page which is available on the opentickets.com website.
Regarding the counter issue, if you provide a URL and login to info at opentickets.com we can check your settings. We have had no other reports of inventory issues on the OTCE.
