    What i have to do if I want to see a demo and will it cost extra to get the extra functionalities ( credits back by canselation and in my account page the used credits and still left credits) ..so yes how much will it cost??

    Thanks for the interesting use-case.

    We can do most of this, except that there isn’t currently a setting on the My Account page to show the remaining uses of the Pass and a ‘refund adds another use’. Those can be added and if you are interested in quote to add that to the software we can do so for you.

    We can also demo the current system online to show how it works if you like. We do demos usually from 10am to 4pm M -F Pacific Time.

    Dear all,

    I have a pre-sales question. Lets explain what I want:

    I have a booking site with the plugin Woocommerce Appointments. I have a yogaschool and I want to sell season carts for the students.

    I try to do this with the couponcode of Woocommerce but the problem is, the students can not see how much the coupon is still worth and the biggest problem is when I set up the coupon available for 5 times and they book multiple lessons in ones, lets say 3 lessons, the coupon is only reduced with one time use and not with 3 time used.

    Other problem is that when they cancel a lesson the coupon will not be upgraded with one lesson.

    So my questions are:

    Is it possible to use the season cart with your coupon extension as follows:

    Students bay a season cart for lets say 5 lessons
    they book there lessons and pay with the season cart (coupon)
    They can use the season cart 5 times and in a certain time frame
    The students can see in there account page how much lessons they still got on there season cart
    If they cancel a lesson the season cart is upgraded with one lesson

    Is this all possible?

    I’m searching a very long time to deal with this. I hope this al is possible with your extension.

    Regarding any custom programming we need more information in order to understand your requirements. We cannot give quotes for custom programming without discussing the requirements with one of our consultants.
