First, apologies for late reply. We’ve changed our support systems and added some people and we’re going to be on this forum more often, at least weekly.
Regarding the Ticket Map image, what would help us if you can send the URL of a broken image to your google image thumbnail. Since the link is working, but just the preview image is broken, right click the broken thumb and post the image URL. That will help us diagnose.

when I right clicked on broken image & told it to open image in new tab I got this message.
The Google Maps API server rejected your request. This service requires an API key.
can we get a login to the website please? If you can email that to support at opentickets.com we have to be able to see the issue from the backend.

@emcwebdesign i see this has an open support ticket on the Freshdesk for paid customers. We’ll mark this Community forum issue resolved, and it looks like support is working on it.

You also need to get a google api key. Once you get the key I believe you add it to the opentickets settings. You need to activae the key first so it works properly. hope this helps!
