Hi @imanpak,
I’ve just tested this on our end by opening the popup and clicking on a linked image on the same page multiple times, but I wasn’t able to replicate the issue — as you can see here: https://d.pr/v/r1kqvw.
Would you kindly share the page URL where you’ve used the popup so I can take a closer look and help you resolve this?
Thank you!
Hi @mrosero,

EmbedPress Team SupportHi again @mrosero,
Would you kindly try with this updated version by downloading from the below link?
Updated build version: https://d.pr/f/rKh6Jq
Kindly let me know how it works! Thanks! 🙂Hi @mrosero,
Thank you for sharing the details and screenshots!
Just to confirm — have you enabled the Custom Player option for those other embedded audio files as well? Without this enabled, you won’t get those custom buttons player layout.
Kindly check back again for those audios, and You can find the option under Audio Settings (see here: https://d.pr/i/ppuoLe).
Please check and let me know — I’ll be happy to guide you further if needed.
Thanks again!
Hi again!
Glad to hear that increasing the memory limit solved the issue! 😊
Yes, Elementor sites can be resource-intensive, so keeping a higher memory limit is always a good practice. Thanks for the update!
Hi @efishinsea,
Greetings! Really sorry for the inconvenience. The “Elementor getting stuck” issue usually happens due to low website memory. Please check your memory limit via wp-admin → Elementor → System Info (screenshot: https://d.pr/i/Tc2qJk).
I suggest you increase your memory limit by adding this line to your wp-config.php (just above
/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */):define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');Guide: https://wpdeveloper.com/troubleshoot-preview-loading-error-elementor/
Lastly, try deactivating unused Essential Addons elements, especially dynamic ones, to improve performance.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi @nogaoga,
Thank you for reaching out!
I’m really sorry, but I couldn’t fully understand the issue you’re experiencing. It would be very helpful if you could share a short screen recording showing exactly what’s happening when you try to edit the template.
This will allow us to check everything properly and assist you as quickly as possible.
You can use a free tool like Loom (https://www.loom.com) to record and share your screen easily.
Looking forward to your recording so we can help you further!
Best regards,
Amit PaulHi @splashvideonyc,
We noticed that you’ve submitted a 1-star review for our plugin Essential Addons for Elementor, but the feedback provided doesn’t reference our plugin or mention any specific issue related to it.
If you’ve encountered any problem while using the plugin, we’d truly appreciate it if you could share the details. This will allow us to look into the matter and assist you accordingly.
However, if there’s no issue related to our plugin, we kindly request that you reconsider or remove the review, as it may be misleading to other users and doesn’t reflect the value or support we work hard to provide.
Thank you for your understanding.

I believe you’re looking for a way to choose your preferred menu for the Advanced Navigation block—and yes, that’s absolutely possible.
Simply drag our Advanced Navigation block into your sidebar, click on the default menu item, and on the right panel under the Menu block settings, you’ll find the option to select your desired menu.

Hi @dubaidogfish,
We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
Regarding the real-time sales popups—our apologies for the distraction. These come from our FOMO marketing tool, NotificationX, which some users are looking for this kinda tool to showcase their sales, reviews, or signups. That said, you can simply dismiss them using the close icon, and they won’t appear again during your visit. As for the issue with the FAQ and 404 error, we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. That’s definitely not the experience we want for any of our users. We’ve double-checked on our end, and the published FAQs are displaying correctly. Here’s a short video to show how it works: https://d.pr/v/yOPyoK
If you’re open to it, we’d love to take a closer look. If you can share a quick screen recording, including with your docs page URL where you encountered the issue, we’d be happy to investigate and help resolve it as early as possible.
I believe you will cooperate with us to investigate this case for you and resolve it quickly
Best regards,
Hi @stevejburge ,
Thank you for reaching out, and we’re truly sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Could you please let us know which promotional banner you’re seeing inside the post editor now? If possible, could you kindly share a screenshot of the banner you’re referring to? That will help us check this thoroughly and guide you on how to remove or disable it, if applicable.
We really appreciate your patience and would love to assist you in resolving this promptly.
Looking forward to helping you!
Best regards,
Hi @phoenix36,
Hope you’re doing well.
It seems there may have been a misunderstanding. We want to assure you that BetterLinks does not collect any personal data without user consent. During the plugin onboarding process, we clearly request permission before collecting any information.
Please refer to this screenshot for clarification: https://d.pr/i/TAGqk7
At the “Getting Started” step, you’ll see this message:
“By clicking this button I am allowing this app to collect my information. What We Collect?”
If you click on the “What We Collect?” text, you’ll find this transparent explanation:
“We collect non-sensitive diagnostic data and plugin usage information — like your site URL, WordPress & PHP version, installed plugins/themes, and email address to send you a discount coupon. This helps us ensure compatibility and performance. No spam, we promise.”
Additionally, there’s a “Skip this step” option, allowing you to move forward without sharing any data.
We truly value your feedback and are always here to help if you have any concerns. If this clears up the misunderstanding, we’d really appreciate it if you could consider updating your review.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi @bmd9999
Thank you for reaching out! We’ve tested the scenario on our end using both the Classic Editor and the latest version of the EmbedPress plugin, and everything seems to be working smoothly. Here’s a link to a screencast for your reference: https://d.pr/v/687TUa
To better understand what might be happening on your site, could you please share a quick screencast showing how you’re embedding the YouTube video and what exactly happens after publishing?
Also, just to clarify—if you had embedded the YouTube videos using the EmbedPress plugin, they typically wouldn’t appear once the plugin is deactivated. So, if the videos are showing after deactivating EmbedPress, it may indicate they were embedded using a different method. Could you kindly confirm how the videos were originally embedded?
Looking forward to your response so we can assist you further.
Best regards,
Amit PaulHi @gregoryponc
Thank you for reaching out, and I’m really sorry for the inconvenience you’re facing.
After checking, we found that we’ve already addressed similar issues in previous updates of BetterDocs, so to better understand what might be causing this on your end, could you please let us know which versions of the BetterDocs plugins you’re currently using?
This information will help us investigate further and assist you more effectively.
Thanks so much for your cooperation!
