In reply to: [Pre-Orders for WooCommerce] cart does not updateHi @umik ,
I hope you’re doing well.
To help you quickly, please:- Record a short clip (Loom/CloudApp) showing “add to cart” and the header/cart count not updating.
- Include screenshots with versions (WordPress, WooCommerce, theme, Pre-Orders 2.1, PHP), whether you use cache/CDN, and any Console/Network errors.
- Reproduce on a clean test site with only WooCommerce + our plugin and the Storefront theme (incognito, clear caches).
- If it works there > it’s an external conflict (theme/another plugin/cache).
- If it fails there >share the clip and steps so we can review with that minimal setup.
Best regards, peace!

Hi,
Hope you’re doing well.
Yes, it’s possible. Please follow this guide to set up the Admin email for your custom order status:
https://brightplugins.com/docs/how-to-edit-or-override-the-email-templates-for-custom-order-status/Hope this helps.
Best regards, peace!
Hello @manuelsongokuh ,
I hope you are well.
Thanks for the evidence and the public links to the screenshots.
According to the screenshots, we see an override of the email template in your theme (yana-theme/woocommerce/emails/customer-order-status-email.php) and the header/subject set as “Embalaje.” To isolate the cause, please temporarily disable that override in staging (or use Storefront), change the order to “Imballaggio,” and resend the email; if it now appears in Italian, the problem is with the override, and you will need to update your template or use the original. Additionally, register and translate the subject/header in WPML > String Translation > Translate texts in admin screens. If the issue persists without the override and only with WooCommerce + WPML + Woo Multilingual + our plugin active, please let us know.
Best regards, peace!

Hello @manuelsongokuh ,
Hope you’re doing well.
It’s best to share the video or screenshots directly here in the thread so they remain available for review and for others following the discussion. You can see the official WordPress.org guidelines here:

Hello @manuelsongokuh,
I hope you are doing well.
As you describe, the status label appears in Spanish in the email while the order language is Italian.
To assist you better:
- On a staging site with only our plugin, WPML, and WooCommerce active (Storefront theme optional), please run the test you mentioned. This helps rule out internal conflicts or third-party plugin issues.
- Please record a short step-by-step clip showing the issue (you can use CloudApp or Loom).
- Include screenshots—they’re especially helpful to understand and reproduce the problem accurately and avoid confusion.
We look forward to your reply.
Best regards, peace!

Hello @luda24,
I hope you are doing well.
To provide you with the best support, please follow these instructions:
On a testing/staging site with only our plugin (Custom Order Status Manager), WooCommerce, the Storefront theme, and the SumUp payment plugin active, please perform the test you mentioned. This will help us rule out internal conflicts or issues caused by other third-party plugins.
Let us know the results.
Best regards, peace!
