Hi @nadhonar,
I hope you’re doing well.
I’m reaching out to let you know that: Yes, this is now handled in version 2.0.
In v2.0 we changed the plugin to load JS/CSS locally instead of using jsDelivr, so the plugin no longer depends on external CDNs (which can be blocked in some regions). This also means you should no longer need to manually replace those references after updates.
Please update to v2.0 and let us know if you still see any assets being loaded from jsdelivr.net on your site.
Best regards,peace
Hello @daiohansed,
I hope you’re doing well.
I’m reaching out to let you know that Version 2.0 is now available. This update includes a fix for custom status email handling when multiple statuses are enabled. It also resolves a related issue where settings might fail to save in specific cases.
Please update to Version 2.0 and try again.
Best regards, peace!

In reply to: [Custom Order Status Manager for WooCommerce] Email notification not workingHi @psartorio,
Since we haven’t heard back, we’ll consider this resolved for now.
In some cases, this behavior may be related to email configuration (WooCommerce email settings, SMTP setup, or conflicts with other plugins). We always recommend testing on a clean environment with only WooCommerce and our plugin active to rule out conflicts.
Additionally, we recently released version 2.0, which includes improvements and fixes related to custom status email handling. Please make sure you are running the latest version and test again.
If the issue persists, feel free to open a new thread and we’ll be happy to assist further.
Best regards,peace!

Hello @therealcookie,
I hope you are doing well.
In the free version of the plugin, when attempting to mix pre-order products with in-stock products, the system displays a notice indicating that this combination is not allowed.
We kindly ask you to perform the test on a staging site using only WooCommerce, our plugin, and the Storefront theme. This will allow us to rule out potential conflicts with custom configurations or third-party plugins.
Additionally, we have referred this situation to the corresponding department for evaluation.
Best regards,peace!

I hope this helps.
Have a great day.
Best regards,peace!

In reply to: [Custom Order Status Manager for WooCommerce] PDF creation for custom statusHello @seila162 ,
I hope you are doing well.
Regarding your inquiry, our plugin allows you to create custom statuses, but it does not generate PDFs. To create a PDF (invoice/packing slip), you need a PDF plugin for WooCommerce that supports custom statuses.
I hope this helps.
Best regards, peace!

Hi @vantuykomn,
I hope you’re doing well.
At the moment, the plugin can send the notification to a primary recipient (Administrator or Customer), and you can add additional addresses in Email Copy (CC). However, it’s not currently possible to send the notification only to a third-party email while excluding both Admin and Customer.
This improvement (an option like “Other / custom email as the only recipient”) is already part of what our team evaluates in the roadmap and works on in sprints. We can’t confirm an ETA, but if implemented, it may be included as an advanced feature.
In the meantime, the closest workaround is to add the store owner’s email in Email Copy, noting that the email will still be sent to the selected primary recipient.
Best regards.
