We are truly sorry about the Jetpack requirement not being clearly shown in the documentation.
We are improving our documentation and have added information regarding Jetpack:

And WooCommerce Shipping & Tax uses Jetpack, because critical services are hosted on Automattic’s servers, rather than relying on your store’s hosting. But having said that, have you faced any issues related to Jetpack?

– Advanced WooCommerce group on FacebookThat said, an alternative that you could try, without having to do very intense custom work, would be to find a plugin that can split your stock in different locations. Usually, these plugins are used for those with multiple warehouses, but they could also work in your case.

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Is it showing up any error 500?
Can you try again from a different browser and see if that makes a difference? Also, while I don’t think this is likely the issue, but let me know if you have any cache plugins.
Also regarding the error message: Could not assign System User to asset. Maybe it already exists?
I’m not sure if you’re able to remove the System User yourself to try again, or if you’ll need to get with Facebook to have them do it. Can you poke around and see if you can remove it? If not, you may need to contact Facebook.

The 500 error can indeed be associated with a lack of memory, but it is usually a conflict with a plugin or theme that saturates your server’s memory. So even increasing the available memory, probably won’t solve the issue.
The important here is to find out which plugin or theme is causing this conflict.
I recommend that you follow this documentation first:

That way you can check which plugin (or theme) is creating a conflict with Facebook for WooCommerce or with your WooCommerce.

Based on your error messages, this seems to be a known bug that has been reported to Facebook for WooCommerce developers. You can learn more about this bug here: https://github.com/facebookincubator/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/1777
The recommended steps for getting around this issue are the following:
1) Check that your pixel is connected. You can troubleshoot pixel issues using the Facebook Pixel Helper Chrome extension.
2) Make sure there aren’t any browser extensions blocking Facebook user agent and IP addresses
3) Enable debug logging for the Facebook plugin on your site, and see if you are getting any obviously errorsIf that doesn’t help, I recommend following the GitHub bug report above for any updates on how to fix the issue or when a fix will be released for it.

It may happen that your theme or another plugin creates a conflict and causes these logos not to display as expected.
In that case, I would suggest first you do a conflict test to isolate the issue.
