I wanted to change the look of the WooCommerce email using MailPoet. How can I change the font-size of the heading (the text in the blue background)?
In the editor tab, you will need to click on “Style”. From there you can edit the sources referring to: text, heading 1, heading 2 and heading 3.
You can follow this documentation if you wish: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/289-styles
Let me know if you have any further questions regarding this customization.
So you can’t create custom email templates, not even with the “paid” version?
That’s correct!
We are studying whether or not this will be introduced in future releases, but for now, this is not possible by default.
However, it might be possible with some custom code. If you need help with custom code, you can reach out to someone from Codeable: https://codeable.io.
Is there a way to do this using Mailpoet?
Yes, this is possible.
For that, you can follow one of the paths below:
1) To create a custom field on your subscription form and then create segments based on this custom field:
https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/159-add-custom-fields-to-a-form
https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/237-guide-to-subscriber-segmentation#fields.You can then use these segments as lists for your PN emails.
2) To create a list for each category and add a List selection block to your subscription form:
https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/140-create-a-subscription-form
Then you can set up your PN emails (with specific categories) for these lists.
I hope this clarifies a bit, but please let us know if you have any questions!

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] LogoHi @schedar67
Why when I send a newsletter, now I always add mailpoet logo
The MailPoet logo was supposed to be shown even if you have the Premium plugin installed when using the free sending plan, so this is actually a bug we fixed in the latest release.
If you don’t want the logo – you can upgrade to Blogger or Sending plans.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi @valentinatu
>The “Automatic Latest Content” is the only reason I’m using MailPoet. Please help. Thanks.
As this can be caused by several factors, could you confirm that you followed all the recommendations in our KB?
https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/362-troubleshooting-post-notifications-emails
Looking forward to your reply!
We’re using the Automated Latest Content block and would like to customise it by also showing two taxonomy values beneath the title. I couldn’t find a hook/filter or any other way to extend existing blocks or add custom content blocks. Is this possible?
I’m afraid it’s not possible yet.
We are planning to have a custom block in the future, but for now it’s not possible with the MailPoet plugin out of the box.
However, it might be possible with some custom code. If you need help with custom code, you can reach out to someone from Codeable: https://codeable.io.
Best,
Hi @areasgrey
Is there a way to manually send a MailPoet email template?
I have exported the template which is in JSON but I can’t see how to make this work in an email composer? We are so sorry about the issue you are facing right now!
Is it showing up any specific error that prevents you from sending the emails? If yes, could you share it with us?
About the JSON template, how did you create it? You can only upload .json templates that were originally created with MailPoet 3.
Looking forward to your reply!
Hi @admiria
I searched our system and I found your account.
It’s been approved now.
Now you should be able to access your account and use the MailPoet features =)
Is it possible to add these days?
Months are to be default at 28 days and 4 weeks. This facilitates month accounting so there is no confusion depending on the month or (leap) year we are referring to.
So, this is not possible with the MailPoet plugin out of the box.
However, it might be possible with some custom code. If you need help with custom code, you can reach out to someone from Codeable: https://codeable.io.
Best,
Hi @admiria
How many days or months does it take to review my account?
This analysis is usually done in a few hours or at most a few days. However, sometimes we send more questions to your email and it will depend on how long it takes you to answer us.
If you didn’t receive any email from us, please contact us via https://www.mailpoet.com/support/sales-pre-sales-questions/ and include a link to this thread.
We’ll be able to provide you with more information there.
Cheers!
Hi @siliconeer
I have just started using MailPoet and would like to switch from Mailchimp to MailPoet. When testing the email newsletter, I noticed that images aren’t showing on iOS/iPadOS Mail app. Any help would be much appreciate it as most of my audience use iOS powered devices.
Sorry to hear that. Can you please confirm it happens on multiple email clients (i.e.: Outlook, Gmail.com, Hotmail.com)? Or does it happen only in a particular email client?
If you can’t see the images when checking the email on any email client, there are some known issues:
– if you’re referring to background images, we’re aware they are not supported by some email clients. You can refer to this article: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/261-add-a-background-image-to-your-newsletter
– this could be related to your server/CDN configuration or is a Google Image Proxy issue. If you’re using Cloudflare, would you mind disabling it and check if it works?
– SVG images are also not supported by all email clients. If that’s the case, we recommend switching to a .JPG or .PNG image format.`
How can I resolve this?
I’m afraid it’s not possible to use custom HTML or CSS in our newsletter editor, so it’s expected that these changes won’t be applied to your newsletter’s content.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Best,
Hi @sandrabne
Any ideas on how to fix please?
Please make sure to set up DKIM for your sender domain: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/328-set-up-dkim-for-your-sender-domain
That will greatly improve your deliverability and will help your newsletters reach your Gmail subscribers.
Can you try it and let me know how it goes?
Best,
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
